I purchased a *** Acadia on July 22, 2023 from Performance Motorcars in ***********, *******. On July 23rd, I called/emailed asking if they had every had problems with the car, because as soon as I drove it home the engine light came on and the following day the vehicle wouldn't start. I had it jumped and took it to ******** where I got a diagnostics and there were 3 codes on it. ******* told me to bring it back and they would fix it. I needed a vehicle, so I just purchased a new battery while at ******** and called it good until ******* could get it in to his shop. The following day it rained and there was standing water on the floorboards in my front driver side and passenger side. I told them about that and they said it was the sunroof and to bring it in and they would clean the seals, etc. I took the car in to have it cleaned and "serviced' and still continued to have the problems and no response from the company after that. I haven't even made my second car payment now and the transmission blew. I am now stuck with a $10,000 lawn ornament. Sad thing is that the car was helped to be purchased through the ****************. I am a single mom, went through a domestic violence divorce and saved every ***** for this car and with the help of the **************** finally got a "running" car - that never ran.Initial Complaint

On 5/23/2023 I purchased a 2013 *** Terrain for which I paid cash money. As a signed IOU, the business stated they would provide a second key and touch up paint for the vehicle. I have called many times and spoken to the owner ******* which he did not deny that they promised the second key. However, the second key has not been delivered or has there been any compensation.He promised the key on several occasions, and we were often inconvenienced waiting for them to contact us.
