I had surgery at the facility on May 4, 2023. I received a call from the surgical office stating that I had a copay that wasn't covered by my insurance that was due the day of surgery. The lady told me I had to pay $92.17 and I told her it wouldn't be a problem. After surgery, I received my explanation of benefits which is attached and it shows that I wasn't responsible for any portion of the bill. I called the billing office and was told that indeed I was due a refund. (I spoke to a ******* and ****** who indicated they would have their supervisor contact me back but never did.) I never heard back from anyone. I proceeded to call a few more times with the same result. All I want is my refund that I am ***********.Business response

Patient has been called x2 (once on 11/21 and one today, on 11/27. We are waiting for patient to call back to verify that her mailing address is correct, before we send the refund. As soon as we get confirmation from the patient then we will send her the refund ASAP.Customer response
