We paid dearly for them to do the job they stated and after more than 2 years still no results. Called many times left msgs and no call backs. Sent registered letter, was accepted and signed, but still no response. Would like my money back!Review from Kevin S.

After accepting our payment and over two years of trying to hold them accountable to resolve our timeshare property, we are no further along then when we started. Now they won't even respond to us. They have only added more grief to the process that they were hired to resolve. Very poor customer service in our case. No way to treat customers and especially a Veteran with 33 years of service.Review from Mary S

I signed a Heartland Transfer Agreement in April 2020. I have been in contact with them on a continual basis until about two months ago. I have called numerous times in the last couple of months, and left numerous messages over the last couple of months, All to no avail. No one answers the phone and no one returns my calls

After starting the process of divesting our two timeshares over two years ago we are finally free of the nightmare. What began looking like a simple process soon became a frustrating experience. The lack of relevant information, communication and honesty was staggering. That is - until ***** and her husband from Heartland Transfer came along. What began with a conversation about a stop payment on a credit card soon grew into great relationship with the Skidmores. I must admit there was a great deal of frustration trying to understand all the ramifications and documentation to transfer a timeshare - Wow! *************************** immediately made us feel like finally "Someone was on our side!" She was great at calling and emailing us on the status of the transfers. Anytime I would call, she would immediately give us a timely response. We were impressed by her extraordinary customer service! Something unusual in today's business environment. Soon we had one transfer complete - then another obstacle with the second - Deed transfer. ***** then seized the initiative and reworked a correction to the Deed. She literally learned the process of submitting a proper description of the Deed in order for us to complete the second transfer. We were so impressed with all the great work we wrote a personal letter to the Skidmores with a small gift at the end of all the transfers. We were truly blessed to have found the Skidmores and would enthusiastically recommend their services to anyone needing timeshare assistance.
