We purchased a **** Renegade Verona off the lot 2 months ago, and after ***** miles the check engine light was illuminated, then black tank had a HVAC condenser grommet logged in the system, then we found out that we cannot tow anything because the rv isnt equipped to tow and run marker lights simultaneously. We also had our air breaks leaking and not holding enough pressure to safely operate. There was also loose bolts, and tpms was loose. The final issue is that Renegade advertise that my make and model is equipped with enhanced cruise control and it states I have enhanced cruise control on my build sheet..When we explained to Renegade RV/ REV ******************** warranty department the issue with the enhanced cruise control I was told that theres nothing they can do, and that enhanced cruise control doesnt exist on the ******* engine. This is completely unacceptable and we should be reimbursed for our time and a refund, this vehicle is junk.

The Director of Customer & Product Support for that division has advised us that they have been in contact with the customer and Freightliner ********************** to assist with this matter.

We purchased the 2022 Holiday Rambler Invicta HB33 from ********************* dealership in *******, ** in October 2022. This ** was built in January 2022 by REV ********************** in ****************. In the first few months of ownership, we received a couple of recall letters both of which involved serious safety issues including stair detachment, incorrectly installed hydraulic hoses which could case a fire and a propane tank fire hazard. It was immediately recommended to bring the ** to the dealership to address all the recalls. At this time, we also noticed some odd bubbling near the top of the walls of the interior. We contacted the dealership in April 2023 however, they were backed up and wouldnt be able to take the ** in until September 9th. After we dropped off the ** on the appointment date, we were called within a couple of weeks to inform us that the technician found a manufacturing defect. He found that the roof was not properly sealed when it was attached to the body, therefore the roof is leaking in several spots of the **. At this point, the dealership took pictures and filed a warranty claim with the REV **********************. No one responded to us or let us know what is happening, so we decided to contact the REV ********************** ourselves. At first, the person we talked to said that they dont know what to do in this situation and that they would call us back. A few weeks after, we got a call back and they informed us that they warranty claim was denied due to improper maintenance of the roof in the first 3 months of manufacture. We bought the ** 9 months after it was built, and we are not responsible for this defect. We have not heard from the dealership despite several attempts to reach them. We are senior citizens and have been completely abandoned by REV ********************** and ********************* companies that swindled us for a huge amount of money. Our ** has been sitting at the dealership and continuing to collect water damage as no one wants to take responsibility. Sincerely,

Customer purchased this 2022 ************* home on 9/27/2022. As part of their purchase agreement, the customer's receive an Owner's Manual detailing their warranty and what is covered by warranty and what is not. The motorhome is sealed at the factory. However, extreme weather conditions can shorten the life of the sealant. Harsh road conditions can compromise sealant integrity. Maintaining the sealants are part of regular motorhome maintenance. Inspection of all joints, seams and openings at least once every six months. While sealant integrity may appear fine, a small void under the right conditions can quickly cause major damage. Based on the information received pertaining to **************************** unit, it is very evident that the sealants were not maintained on his unit. Sealant maintenance is not covered by warranty as this must be taken care of by the owner of the unit. REV has offerred the customer a split of the total costs to repair his unit, if customer makes an appointment at one of our REV ********************** Facilities which are located in ********** and Decatur, IN.

I purchased a 2020 American Eagle from a private party in May 2023. In July 2023 the Wet Bay Door (FELL OFF) of the coach without being provoked. The coach was on the lot @ NIRVC having annual oil/filter change done. I immediately called Rev ********************** to inquire about this happening as I could only image this occurring while driving down the road - This would be catastropic if this large and heavy bay door were to hit a vehicle following the coach. I was told by Rev that this has never happened before. I was also told that the bay doors were "glued" on and that it is possible that the glue used for this door was a bad batch acquired by the maker of the door. They researched internally with photographs and videos that I provided and within 5 hours determined this was out of warranty and nothing they would entertain addressing. I want to go on record that I made multiple attempts to speak with someone at Rev ********************** outside of warranty manager and multiple calls and emails have gone unreturned so I am forced to go this route.I am asking for this repair to be considered a manufacturer failure and covered. I am also asking for procedures to address the other bay doors on the coach that were assembled at this same time as the failing bay door. I fear each trip that another door will "FALL OFF"I am reasonable, but need someone to engage and help resolve before I attempt to seek legal resolution. I have encountered unexpected costs to repair and now repaint the wet bay door as well.

REV ** has reviewed customer's request and it is our evaluation based on door construction and photos supplied by customer, that there was a strong force used to have caused the damage seen to the door causing the door separation. Although this issue would not be considered a warranty repair, and also being aware that this ** is two years out of warranty, we have offered **************** some assistance by offering to supply him with a goodwill part. We have also advised **************** via email that he would be responsible for any labor and paint to have new door installed. Customer was informed of this position on 8/16/2023 and are waiting for customer's response to this goodwill offer.

I am currently discussing the response from the business as they stated in the response to you that a blunt force occurred and did not provide that information to me.  I received additional support for the comment yesterday and I am working with the dealer to share the concern from REV ********************** as the original explanation to me was that the glue failed.   I just want to ensure that the appropriate party is responsible for the damage that has occurred.

I am hoping to have a response by the end of the week and can respond back here as well.

      Thank You,

To whom it may concern,I am a very disappointed Holiday Rambler owner who is seeking some help.I paid cash for a NEW 2023 Holiday Rambler, Admiral *** on Nov 11th, 2022 from *************** in ****.I was using this motorhome to travel to different states to find my next place to live. When I bought this motorhome, I planned on using it as my home until I found my new home. As you will read below, I have had a lot of issues with this motorhome. Every time I had an issue, I would contact ***** and ******* from Rev ** **********************. They both insisted if I would bring them the motorhome, they would take care of all the warranty issues along with the propane recall issue. Prior to dropping off my Motorhome, I informed ***** and ******* that it was going to be a burden on me but will let them know about when I can drop off my HOME. During the month of June 2023, I seen an opportunity to drop off my motorhome at the ******* ******* plant. On June 5th, 2023 I emailed ******* and let him know I will be coming up to Indian sometime after June 2othI have several emails and photos for everything I claim but will not attach anything except this letter. I can provide all pertinent documents and pictures of needed. On June 30th, 2023 I dropped off my motorhome at the Rev ** group in Decatur *******. I met with Mr. *************************** and he assured me he would do his best to get the motorhome in the shop after the 4th of July and would let me know what they could do for me. As of July 31, 2023, I have not received any emails with any workorders, invoices or any type of paperwork proving they are working on, getting ready to work on, or have completed anything I have requested to be fixed except for the propane recall. That was fixed on 7/13/2023 but they failed to do as I requested. I requested a quote for a larger propane tank since the tank that comes with this motorhome is not large enough for long term usage. I have requested paperwork on several occasions. I need the BBB to step in and get to the bottom of this problem ASAP I am living out of a hotel because they have my home and they are not doing their due diligence to take care of their customer. Here is my story and my issues with my Holiday Rambler. On 4/7/2023 I emailed Mr. *************************** a long list of 53 complaints. See below this email. After my 1st trip to *******, I noticed the sheet metal screws in the propane compartment have been falling off while I was driving down the road. The way they manufactured this compartment is a lack of craftsmanship. I tried to fix this the best I could only to find out more screws have fallen out every time I drive somewhere. I wonder how many cars got a flat from these screws flying off my motorhome and looking back, I should have turned around and taken it back to the dealership but I didnt, shame on me. I finally removed this plate and felt it was put there to keep my unit from propane fumes so I hope they fix this once and for all. It Mid-December 2022 and I found myself in very cold weather in ******** *****. Prior to being in *****, I had a heater issue and notified the Dealership, ** group and Holiday Rambler. They didnt do anything except they pointed me in the direction of MHS company in ******** *****. I called and left them a message but never heard back from them.Since I was already dealing with an DFW ** specialist in ******** *****, he clued me into the heater issues I was having.See the Video at this link : ******************************************* The dometic heater failed on a very cold night in ***** and killed a new born puppy because of the heater failure and have become very bitter toward Holiday Rambler, Rev ** ********************** and ***************. I feel they failed to stand behind their warranty and they wouldnt let DFW ** work on the heater due to some warranty rule. I have had numerous issues with the Motorhome from the day I drove it off the lot. It has been a little over 8 months and my motorhome is falling apart. Now my main issue is not knowing when I will get my motorhome back from Rev ********************** in Decatur *******.. My door step was an issue and turned a corner and it wiped out my step. I paid for a new step and realized, this step is very low to the ground because after I replaced the step, it got bent again because I went over a speed bump. This step is 9 off the ground and ***** law where this happened is **************************************************************** ******* or ******* was driving down the road and the window shade came crashing down because they used the wrong type of s**** or poor craftsmanship.I had a metal plate that divided the propane tank from the muffler (Maybe) started to fall off while I was driving and luckily, I noticed it when I did a pit stop. The angle of the plate was angled downward and in a dangerous position and when I went underneath the motorhome to see what I could do, it fell off. My side drivers window is very suspect and dangerous Under some circumstances, I will be driving into a campground and when I look out my left window, I see the shadows or glare of the other side of the road. This is bizarre and very very dangerous. These side windows are thinner than they should be. When a truck passes me on my left, I feel a gust of wind coming in The latches for these windows are not very good and they become unlatched while I am driving down the road. I had the windows tinted but it didnt help much..The side mirrors are a hinderance and obstruct my view when turning left. I am very surprised this passed the department of safety standards along with the side windows. April 8th, 2023 I was in ************************ and when I turned down some road, it had a very small incline and I heard a big bang and when I pulled over, the propane tank was spewing propane. I had to shut off the tank and I was lucky something worse didnt happen. Within the first few trips, the front end of the motorhome sounded like it was falling apart. The engine hood locks fell apart, the battery was flopping around and there were bolts that hold the house to the chassis were lose. I did the best I could to take care of some of these issues but this is a brand-new motorhome and shouldnt have any issues at allMy microwave used to turn on when I would disconnect the 50 amp shore power and after I upgraded the batteries and added solar, the microwave doesnt turn on anymore but the inside light comes on. I believe this shorted out my original batteries which I replaced with AGP The sink and countertop are loose and need to be installed so it doesnt move. The water heater has no control and the water is extremely hot and can burn your hands. The water lines are hooked up backwards and hot and cold-water lines need to be reversed.4/8/2023 emailed ******* Pictures of this Sliding door. The latches are poorly made and the whole setup needs to be looked at an upgraded so my door never gets jacked up for no reason at all. I had bought the replacement parts once and fixed this problem but it was caused by the slider rails not be mounted properly so this whole sliding door assembly needs to be fixed so it never happens again. The outside shade has issues because the piece in the middle of the shade is marking up the canvas and eventually will tear through this shade,Back window is cracked and the latches are hard to latch and close window. The latches on the drawers are poorly made and I have had drawers and doors open up while driving down the road. Driver seat handle is hard to use and needs to be bend downward so it can be used easier.Storage door above bed needs a new part so it stays open.Motor is not covered very well. I have been in traffic with my windows closed and the fumes from my motor and other trucks have overwhelmed the motorhome. This doesnt happen all the time but it is an issue I want resolved. Side door lock always needs to be adjusted to keep the side door closed. It has two clicks and is poorly made. This side door is poorly sealed and needs to be sealed better. Molding at top of steps need replaced.I was seeing Aluminum chips on the floor when I would open and close slide. I want this area cleaned out and make sure none of the parts are wearing awayThere is so much more to complain about but at this time, I want to know where I stand on all these issues and when they will complete all this work.*************************** ****** ********************** Owner Relations / Warranty ****************** ************ ************************************************************************* / This is where I dropped off my motorhome! Thanks for listening,************************* ************ This was emailed on 4/7/2023 To Holiday Rambler and *****: After less than 5 months of owning my Holiday Rambler, Here is a long list of complaints that need to be addressed. I am sure there will be many other things that will break due to poor craftsmanship and cheap parts and I will keep sending in the complaints and add to the list. 1.The entry step is too low to the ground. I turned a corner and wiped out the first step. Cost me $900.00 to replace. Went over a speed bump and bent the 2nd step, ************* straightened it out for me. 2.The area with the propane tank needs to be repaired. The sheet metal screws have fallen out and it is poorly designed. 3.The back window is cracked. 4.All windows are poorly sealed and not good in any season. I have spent a lot of time and money trying to make this motorhome useable and cost effective..5.The latches for the back window are hard to use and is a substandard design. 6.The back window has no prop to keep it open nor a screen to keep the bugs out.7.The whole back wall needed some insulation installed which helps when trying to sleep. The insulation would help reduce outside noise and ************************ to be more efficient.8.The toilette is leaking and creating a stain around the bottom of the toilette. 9.There is NO insulation in the walls and floors and this is not a motorhome that can be used in all seasons. I added some heating pads to tanks so I can hopefully not freeze my pipes. At the least, the floor should have been heated! 10.My furnace died and killed my NEW BORN PUPPY! I shelled out over 2K and have not been reimbursed yet. You all know this story and it still stings when I think about what happened because of a faulty furnace. 11.The fridge and freezer doors are poorly manufactured and have opened up when traveling. 12.The fridge uses high wattage and helped ruined my first set of batteries. The original batteries were low-end and should have had AGM batteries installed at the minimum. 13.Cabinets and drawers do not have enough latches to keep them closed during travels. I have had them open up on me on several occasions. I go through the unit before taking off and making sure everything is closed so I know it is the latching system14.The left cabinet door above sink is dangerous. Both doors should have opened up in the same direction because of their location. If the designer spent any amount of time in this motorhome, these doors would have been changed to open in the same direction. 15.The driver and passenger windows make a lot of noise while driving. When a truck passes on the left, I feel a huge blast of wind come in through the window. 16.These latches do NOT keep the window closed and they open up when we hit any rough roads. 17.The suspension sucks! See complaint 22.18.I have plugged into shore power and the Microwave starts up and the light inside microwave comes on. 19.The motor is not covered properly. At times when I am idling in one spot, I have smelled exhaust fumes coming from the engine area. I can see light coming through an area down by my gas foot petal. This also doesnt help with heating and cooling.20.The sink and Counter assembly is coming loose from the wall. They never screwed the screws all the way in and there is a gap between wall and counter top.21.I had to replace original batteries with AGM batteries because the original batteries didnt hold charge. I didnt have the time to wait for the warranty department to help me out. I replaced them while in *****.22.When driving down some roads and I run into a pot hole or bad road, the right passenger front end sounds like it is going to fall apart. This is a rattle trap and something has to be loose. 23.Missing one of the locking latches for the front hood. 24.RECALL FOR POSSIBLE PROPANE LEAK needs to be addressed.25.PROPANE tank is way too small for this *** Should have installed a 50 gallon tank and if I keep it, I need to upgrade it so it lasts. 26.Since Furnace failed me in the past, I paid DFW to install a heat strip in the ** ducting which should be standard on all **s27.Side driver and passenger window produce an extraordinary amount of glare when driving and especially at night. Very dangerous driving conditions. 28.Plastic strip around the fridge is loose and needs to be fixed.29.Plastic strip around engine cover didnt have enough Velcro holding it in place.30.Side entry door doesnt shut properly because lock has two clicks. I adjusted it once but it doesnt always work31.Entrance door is not sealed tightly and doesnt help with heating and cooling of the motorhome. 32.Water heater is set too high and it can burn your hands! 33.The water lines to kitchen sink seem to have the hot and cold water lines backwards34.Front window defroster doesnt work very well. I was going down the road, window got fogged up and these vents do not do a very good job of removing the frost quickly. 35.All Trim has excess glue showing on outside of Motorhome. Looks like crap!36.Side mirrors are mounted in a way that they interfere with turning corners and should have been mounted differently. Might sound crazy but try driving this motorhome, its dangerous when turning left! 37.Back pad for seating cant sit against the wall because of the molding they installed. I had to add Velcro strips because they came with minimum Velcro strips!38.Plastic molding at top of entry step is falling apart.39.There were no lights in the cab of the *** had to pay someone to install them. 40.No lights in storage area, I paid to have them installed.41.The slide gave me an issue once and probably wont be the last time. According to the motorhome repairman, he said the motors for the slide are tiny and it will happen again. 42. Original head and tail lights were not bright enough, I had to replace them so I can see while driving and backing up at night. 43.All locks didnt function when I received the motorhome. I had to spray them with oil and they are all working but was told they use standard keys so what good are the locks?44.The lock handles on these storage areas do not work as they should work. Very poor design!45.The sliding door between bedroom and house became jacked up and it busted the top slider attachment. I ordered a few of them and replaced it myself. This should have never happened and have no idea how it happened. 46.Motorhome has a hard time shifting out of 4th gear when going up a hill. It winds out motor to ***** RMPs and getting close to the red line. I am shocked at how bad this whines out47.Sometimes the brakes sound like they are worn out at 5K miles.48.Exhaust fans are useless. Why install useless products that dont do anything but make noise? 49.The steering wheel tilt barely moves. 50.All the shades are black which makes it very hard to cool down the *** Black is a heat attractor and my heat gun shows they are a huge source of heat and should be replaced with a lighter color to help with keeping the motorhome cool.51.Front drivers seat handle to move forward and backwards is hard to use and needs to be bent down or something. 52.Shade assembly on passenger side fell off the wall while driving! Apparently, they didnt s**** this into the wall with any anchors. 53.Kitchen drawer latch broke and I am sure it wont be the last one to break. What will Holiday Rambler and ***** do for me is the question? Regards, *************************

      Customer response

      08/10/2023

I will accept the response when they send me information that each one of my complaints are fixed, will be fixed by date and when it will be completed. They have not provided me with any paperwork with any repair orders so how do I know what they have fixed, what they wont fix or when these items will be fixed..

I have a long long list of complaints and I dont want my Motorhome delivered until every complaint is listed and fixed.

I have been spending a lot of money in hotels because this is my home. They know I bought this to travel the country and find a place to live. I have spent thousands of dollars because I have to house me and 3 dogs and thats the main issue I am contending with. This was a brand new Motorhome and it has had issues since day one and when I get it back, I am selling it.

as I stated in a text message, Ill take 100k for this Motorhome and it has over 30k in upgrades so if they dont want to fix this in a timely manner, they can pay me 100k and sell it to another customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me for today. If they do not give me the proper paperwork NEXT week, I will resubmit a NEW claim. 8/21/2023 is when *************** to their response and I will expect paperwork by NEXT week by 8/29/2023 so they have an extra day to send me some paperwork to show me what has been fixed and what has not been fixed. This is the worst experience of my life. I have never ever thought a company would s**** someone so badly, I am selling this motorhome and will complain about Holiday Rambler for the rest of my life. This was by far the worst customer ********************** I have ever encountered in 59 years of living. These people take your money and they don't give a c*** about how poorly they built a brand new motorhome that probably caused flat tires due to sheet metal screws flying off the ** because it is built so poorly, I am shocked at the American craftsmanship is DEAD!

We purchased our 2023 Fleetwood Discovery 38W with a ************ chassis on 7 March 2023. MSRP is $480,745.00.I attempted to work out issues with Fleetwood Customer Relations but still not satisfied.I feel that Fleetwood is being deceptive about installed features based on the multiple official videos and providing misleading information on the features and specifications included with our Discovery 38W. With an MSRP of almost half-million dollars, this is NOT what we expected. Prior to purchase my wife and I watched multiple videos (See links below) directly from the official Fleetwood website to learn more about the options on the 2023 Discovery 38W. We watched the official 2023 Discovery 38W factory walkthrough video where the safety features are described such as DriveTech (14:33 time) and OptiView (15:01 time), V-Ride and other features. We watched the official Fleetwood videos illustrating the amazing safety features of Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Collision Mitigation, Electronic Stability Control (ESC) with Roll Stability Support (RSS), and Mobileye. We were both very excited to get a new, SAFE, reliable motorhome. The links mentioned above are below. Throughout the years 2013-approximately 2019 ********* REV ********** provided ********* Chairs and recreational vehicle furniture where the wrong materials were specified in to ********* Furniture. As a result, hundreds if not thousands of seats have failed. The materials have failed to such an extent, a quality organization such as ********* has exited the business because of the massive failure.********* would contend that this was a warranty issue. However, it is much greater than a warranty issue, it is an issue of negligence, as Rev ********** knew they were providing sub-standard products and had specified in the wrong materials due to a financial decision. This is not my conjecture, however a matter of fact that has been experienced by thousands of RV owners. ********* has chosen that rather than acknowledge what the industry already knows, they have hidden behind their warranty that does not cover such items after 12 months. They claim the point of failure is Hydrolysis. They use this term to think they know what they are talking about. Once again, they are misleading the public as Hydrolysis occurs only on Natural products such as leather. The substandard product they specified is a non-natural bonded leather (fake leather or as many refer to it "pleather". The real fact of the matter is that the tie coat that was supposed to bond the leather-like material and the pigment to the balance of the fabric was (a) applied incorrectly or (b) incorrectly specified per the application, hence creating almost universal failure. I have had my products tested and, as well, spend my entire career in adhesives, laminates, and bonding. When an organization makes a material and functional application mistake it should be covered under a warranty. However, when the organization becomes aware of the issue and chooses to continue to produce substandard products as they have for several years, it is a negligent action and a calculated risk based upon dollars.

REV has a warranty period of one year from original time of purchase. The warranty on this unit expired on 12/17/2014. **************** purchased the unit from a private party on July 20, 2022, more than 8 eights after the expiration of the warranty. We reached out to the vendor on behalf of the customer and they have also declined coverage based on the warranty period. We have made no offers to the customer due to warranty status of the unit. We understand that he is not satisified with our position but there is no coverage we can offer him.

I am rejecting this response as I am aware of Rev' ************* position on the matter.  My position however is quite different.  The unit has ****** miles on it and as well, was, is and continues to be in pristine condition in every aspect......the issue was never addressed and resolved by the original dealer in ******* according to the original owner.  More importantly I am not disputing this issue on a warranty basis.  I am alleging negligence on the part of Fleetwood, Rev *********************** and affiliates.  All parties were aware that a problem existed, not only on this coach but thousands of others that were produced.  The problem was of such magnitude that if forced ********************** (the furniture manufacturer) to withdraw from the ** business completely in 2021.  Legal discovery of internal documents will show that this was not an "unknown" issue to the manufacturer or it's product management, or upper management.  As well, the manufacturer has been plagued with thousands of web-based complaints and comments regarding this issue for several years.  One would think that all of the bad press received by this would have changed this minds about their approach to this issue.

The manufacturer cannot just ignore that there was a bad specification written on the material and that the product was additionally applied in a manner that aided material failure.  This decision was controlled and motivated by financial decisions and thousands of individuals who have purchased products from this organization have suffered financially as a result of them "hiding" this issue under the guise of a warranty.  Automotive recalls are not bound by a warranty, no should this issue.

Willful Negligence, which is what I allege i this case will ***** warranty any day of the week in a court of law.  Also, there is no Statute of Limitations on negligence.  I am urging the manufacturer to address this issue in an ethical and professional manner as any reputable company would.  To date, they have decided not to do so.

This will no doubt lead to a significant expenditure on all sides to take legal action, however, this is unfortunately the next step in the process.

As indicated previously, REV cannot offer coverage on an item that has a warranty end date of more than 7.5 years ago. Customer recently purchased the unit in July 2022. We appreciate ******************** concern and reviewed with the vendor who has also denied coverage based on time out of warranty.

      Customer response

      09/29/2022

I am rejecting this response because:  As indicated this is not a warranty issue or complaint.  This is a complaint regarding negligence on the part of the manufacturer.

The response has left me no choice but to file a legal action individually.  I am in the process of filing legal service upon the respondent.

I am sorry that this process did not yield the results anticipated, however, it is now appropriate to have a legal objective third party take action on this complaint.

Purchased a new Holiday Rambler 29M motorhome in June 2020. Paid $85,000. Have had nothing but problems since driving off the lot and 2 years later the issues are still unresolved. Everything submitted for repair were defects from the manufacture and were to be covered by the warranty. All issues were discovered and submitted for approval from Rev during the warranty period. Impossible to get a straight answer from Rev ******** ********************** as to why the repair orders are being denied. ********** my submitted issues aren't "believable" such as water connections that were never made during the manufacture process. Pictures, work orders, and documentation have been submitted to Rev on several occasions during these very frustrating 2 years yet they still refuse to honor the warranty. I have all work orders that were written up by the local Rev ********************** Center. All I seek is for Rev to honor their warranty, authorize and complete the repairs.

My wife and I purchased a new Fleetwood Bounder 35P in May of 2020 from ******************************. Throughout our less than 2 years of ownership, our motor home has been to ******* RV and REV *********************** manufacturer) no less than 18 times for at least 128 days, and is currently at REV. I have been adamant that the problem was with the Plex control panel or electrical system and have been told this was not the case by each person I have dealt with. As of today, they have replaced at least 4 communication boards for the Plex panel and run a new communication wire from front to back and have yet to determine the current problem. I have had issues from day 1. The dealer did not have the alignment done as was specified by the manufacturer on a pamphlet on the table the day we purchased it, we had to fight with ******* for months to get them to pay the $250 to have the alignment corrected. During this time we had many issues: the refrigerator failed, outside stereo repaired twice and replaced, the dashboard stereo fell into the dashboard while driving, two slides have been stuck numerous times and have been repaired, the **** in the dash did not work when purchased, the heat and a/c units in the main coach have both been repaired no less than 3 times each, the black tank was not installed correctly and burped when less than 1/4 full, the slide damaged the wall in the bathroom to bedroom door way, the galley slide tore off the cabinet door on the pantry, the flooring was damaged in numerous places by the slide, there were rusted body parts that Poulsbo RV repaired on 3 occasions and then one broke off at the weld, damaged a door, and had to be zip tied in place. The steps quit working, buttons connected backwards, cabinet parts fell off and took 4 tries to repair, drawer and access panel clips failed and were replaced, broken screws at storage doors, the gas tank nozzle was installed incorrectly, and more - on top of the worst customer ********************** imaginable.

I bought a 2022 HR Admiral 29m. It came without the power driver seat I paid for and the double pane windows. I have contacted the manufacturer and dealer multiple times with no response. It also came without a bathroom door and bedroom doors. I was told they would send them and the dealer would install. It has been a year since I purchased the ** and I still do not have bedroom doors and am finally getting the damaged bathroom door replaced (hopefully). I would caution people to not buy any Rev ********* They do not care at all and will not call or help you whatsoever.
