Don't support a business owner that treats their staff and customers poorly. I have been a long time customer here because of the two nail technicians, ****** and *****. The two nail technicians were great, my only reason for going there for as long as I did. The chairs used for nails were thin wood, my nail tech ended up needing surgery on her tailbone. After she returned, the owner made no chair improvement. A couple of customers and I thought we'd get the two nail techs new chairs as a gift for Christmas, we consulted the manager who said she needed to consult the owner. I offered to buy nice quality and something that fits decor......no response. Spring 2022, there were several hair stylists all in a short time period that left with stories of poor treatment by owner. In May one of the two nail technicians left because of poor treatment by same. My nail technician was on vacation a week ago, instead of calling me to cancel or giving me the choice to switch to another tech, the owner moved customers to her new nail tech. When I sat down I told her my preferences about filing my nails to avoid any issues, including filing shorter. The new tech couldn't get all my polish off. She began to file the top of my nails which I asked she not do. I voiced my concern and she stated she had to file. I asked again to soak off the polish and she didn't. Polish was left on my nails, complete steps of manicure not completed. When the polishing was over, there was black polish smear on my skin, she stated wash your hands a few times. I calmly went to the receptionist and stated that I didn't think I should have to pay for services and would need to get my nails fixed somewhere else. They stated they understood and then the owner left me a voicemail stating she was cancelling my future appointments. No asking what had happened. When the tech complained to her about dismissing a good client, she stated she was willing to lose an employee also. She clearly doesn't care.
