12/22/23 - Owner (***********************) and worker (*****) were supposed to be here at 11am. Showed up 1-1/2 hrs late. Did not bring drop cloths. Cleaned the tile and added grout. Coming back next day to wipe walls, do the caulk and seal. Left scratches on the inside of my bathtub. 12/23/23 - ***** showed up 1 hour late; did not bring drop cloths, cleaner OR caulk gun. Left more scratches inside of my bathtub. Left grout on fixtures and did not completely wipe down and clean the tile. Also said he knew nothing about sealing it. The caulk was too dark so we went out that evening to get something that worked better and he was to come back next day at noon to finish caulking and sealing - - even though it was Christmas Eve. He couldn't stay on the 23rd because he had a party to set up for.12/24/23 - Noon. No show, not answering phone. Owner got ahold of him and he was supposed to come at 3pm. . He finally showed up at 3:30pm. Left at 4:20pm. Did a very sloppy c*** job of the caulk just so we could take showers and said he'd be back to fix and re-do because his arm was hurting. Turns out, he also said he hadn't done caulk in years. Supposedly coming back on Thurs., 12/28. I told ***** the owner I wanted someone else to finish the job. He said he'd find someone. Told me he had someone to do it and he's be out on Thursday at 9am.12/28 - **** showed up with *******. They did not do the job, just looked it over. Said they'd be back at 9am today (Sat., 12/30). As of 11:10am, another no show. I can't get owner on the phone but I can text him at **************. He told me at 9:20am that **** was waiting for **** to pick him up. I've sent several texts since but ***** is not responding. I told him I wanted half my money back ($200) and we'll call it a day. I don't need this stress. I'll get another company to fix and finish this job. But I would like my entire $400 back. I think I MORE than deserve it. I have more photos if needed.

I sent a complaint through this morning. I wanted to update you that the workers for today did show up at 11:45am. They were very nice and circumstances were not their fault. They've been working here ever since and as of 3:05pm they are still going at it. However, I still have not even received a phone call or a text from ***********************, owner of Oxymagic.
      Sent from ************************* (************************)

The job was completed to satisfaction. The tile and grout job was completed along with the bathroom caulk. I have pictures and testimony from **** and ****** that customer was satisfied with the final work. I have been in communication with homeowner and she was satisfied with the final results. I have text messages showing customer was satisfied along with testimony from **** and ******. Our lawyers are counter suing customer for slander and defamation based on pictures and testimony

I am rejecting this response because:  The job was not completed to my satisfaction.  He does not have pictures from **** and *************  ****** didn't even show up that day (12/30/23) so **** got a hold of another guy named **** and the two of them worked to correct the caulk job.  The owner (***********************) has not been in communication with me since the job was "redone" on 12/30/23.  To this day, he never answered my texts or called me!  I would love to see the text messages and testimony he claims he has as no such texts exist and, as I said, ****** was not even here so he could not possibly get testimony from him.  As far as his lawyers "counter-suing" goes . . . wouldn't I first have to *** in order for him to "counter" ***?  As I have no intention of suing him, this also makes no sense.  I am attaching photos of the finished job that was done on 12/30/23 - - the day it was supposedly fixed.  I took these photos this week . . . would YOU be satisfied?  I hired them to do a professional job.  I did not get that.  **** and **** were very nice and I wasn't about to say anything to them but, no, I am definitely not happy with the job.  I just wanted to get this nightmare over with.

I am attaching just a few photos of the finished job but I have many more.  I am also attaching a copy of the last text messages I sent to ***** and you can see there was never a response . . .
