I recently made a 2014 jeep Cherokee purchase July 10 with this company. I paid ******* in cash and I was suppose to have **************** approve the rest of the payment in a loan. I was told that *********** approved the deal and we processed to sign all documents and I purchased full coverage insurance on the jeep. Before I left the car lot I had notice while test driving it that it was a problem with the engine. I inform them about it and they told me that it would be no problem to fix because I have a 2 yr warranty free of charge. They inform me that they would have to place the order for the part and they will call me to tell me when to bring the jeep back. On July 18 they called my phone and told me the part was there to bring the jeep I did. When I got there I waited over 6 hrs for repairs. One of the representative came to me and said we had to speak when we sat down she said that the bank declined the deal and that they had to put me in another jeep. I saw the other jeep that they tried to give me and I instantly told them that I didnt want it. She proceeded to tell me all the pros on the jeep but I just wanted my money back. I ended up with no car and no down payment.

Hello, the customer negligently blew the engine by driving on it while is was over heated. The cost of the repair was deducted and the balance was refunded to the customer as a settle matter. The settlement, which was signed by the customer, is attached.

I bought a car from certified auto finance and was told nothing was wrong with the car. After a few days, I noticed the check engine light was on. The code read that the catalytic converter needs to be fixed. I brought the car back to the lot and had certified auto finance install a new one. This was back and forth for a few weeks now. Every time I left the business by the time I make it home. The check engine reads the same code. Ive had this car since December and it is now May and not only is the check engine still on, there are more codes. Since December, I personally replaced my battery, one of my o2 sensor, valve cover gaskets, and spark plugs. I called certified auto finance to see if it possible for them to fix it and they claimed I owe them. While I spoke to someone from the business said I paid my debt off. Now they are not willing to fix on my car or help me with anything I want to know what are my options

We are sorry the buyer is having challenges with their vehicle. After an internal investigation we found the bill of sale and the as-is reflecting the customer signed both. Additionally, the lender completed the customer interview where the buyer verified the same information.

Good Afternoon, My name is ***************************, I recently bought a vehicle with Certified Auto Finance. It was a **** Jeep Wrangler all black, 2 doors. When I purchased the vehicle. I test drove It, It didnt feel as if something was wrong with the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle, the next day the vehicle started to drive funny and pull to the right very badly. Contacted the dealership, was told to bring It back in so they can take a look at It. Once the vehicle was returned back to me, after theyve had it for a few hours. I was told It was nothing wrong with It and It was perfectly fine. The sales rep then goes to tell me. They also dont do wheel alignments at the dealer as well so they cant fix it. The following week the vehicle has gotten worse. The vehicle had a very bad power steering leak as well as needed a very bad wheel alignment, with a plastic bag and rubber band concealing the oil. I then bought power steering fluid to see how bad the leak was and seconds later the fluid was no longer in the vehicle. As my fianc is driving home trying to get back safely. The power steering pump falls out of place onto other parts while the vehicle is moving. ************* home we discovered the part as well as the belt is out of place. *** contacted the dealership in regards to this matter and was told I was responsible for getting the vehicle fixed after just purchasing It not even 60 days. The 2nd week I had the vehicle I was not able to drive It due to this reason. Tried to resolve It with the dealership multiple times but was told I needed to fix It on my own and It was nothing they can do to help. I also have proof. I stayed in contact with dealership via phone calls days after buying the vehicle as well as weeks, and nothing was done about It. *** also contacted the lender in regards to this matter and Im basically stuck with a car I cant drive. I have photo proof of the vehicle as well.

I am rejecting this response because:

This vehicle was a lemon and was not drivable when It left the lot. I shouldnt have a plastic bag and rubber band concealing my oil.  Thats illegal as well as the power steering pump falling out of the vehicle. That is a life or death situation. You cannot sell a vehicle as is like that without notifying the buyer, at that point the buyer is liable to deny or accept the vehicle. When tested driven I told the sales rep there was something going on with the vehicle not even a week after buying It. I will be reaching out to an attorney

Our company did not put any plastic bag to conceal any oil. Customers are free to have their vehicle inspected before sale. Customer purchased a third party warranty and the vehicle is as-is from the dealership.

I am rejecting this response because:

There is proof of a plastic bag and rubber band concealing the oil. I also notified the sales rep of this information as well and nothing was done about It besides the fact I got told It was nothing wrong with It a day after I bought the vehicle
