    LIVING H*** FOR NEARLY 5 MONTHS AND STILL GOING ON!Our experience with Edmundson RV has been overwhelmingly negative and deeply concerning! Despite reporting multiple issues (31 total) with our camper covered under the dealership warranty, including safety concerns, and dropping it off for warranty repairs and winterization on November 4, 2023, the dealership has failed to provide adequate service. They have had our camper for nearly five months and have not made any progress; we still do not have our camper.Despite numerous attempts to follow up, including calls and text messages, we received no updates on the progress of the repairs until I reached out about trading it in. Additionally, when inquiring about trading in the camper for another model due to its defects, we faced obstacles, including excessive credit checks totaling 17, and now the owner is refusing to take it in on trade because it's defective. They sold us the defective camper, which has fallen apart and poses extreme danger to human use.Communication from the dealership has been inconsistent and unresponsive, with promises of action often unfulfilled. The situation escalated further when, upon attempting to retrieve the camper on March 21, 2024, it was discovered to have serious electrical issues, rendering it unsafe for use. Despite assurances of delivery, the camper was not received, leading to further frustration and inconvenience.Efforts to contact the dealership for updates were met with unanswered calls and unresponsiveness, exacerbating the already distressing situation. Overall, the lack of accountability, communication, and resolution from ******************************** has left us deeply dissatisfied and in a precarious position regarding the safety and usability of our purchased camper.We request that the dealership repurchase the faulty camper and settle the outstanding loan. Our preference is to sever ties with this dealership and cease all future communication with them.

    Do NOT buy a camper from this place! When picking up our brand new $70k camper we noticed some discrepancies and noted them with the employee doing our final walk through. Which was after they did their "in-depth 200 different final checks", but didn't notice a crack all the way down the middle of the counter. Within 48 hours of taking the camper home two of our kids were injured because things were not properly put together in the camper. I went back to Edmundsons to note how many issues we've had and how many things did not work or were broken. That was in October of 2023. I've called, texted, and went in person. Somehow the countertop was never even ordered on the original pick up date. Every time I call I get routed to the service department and then nobody ever answers or returns my calls. Items that are broken or have issues:Half bath toilet doesn't seal holding no water, half bath sink leaks, trim over bunk bed fell off, kitchen sink faucet leaks, vents weren't properly screwed in, loft ladder wasn't secure and broke, a hole in the full bathrooms faucet, main bathroom toilet leaks, random pieces of wood just stick out from under our bed, trim above the master bed not secure, cracked countertop, blind covers not secure, electric water heat works about 50% of the time, no heat makes it to the master bedroom of the camper, the check valve in the holding tank pump for the city water doesn't work correctly and will overflow even when hooked up to city water, and the auto leveling system works about 50% of the time. When the auto level system does "work", the camper is still off level. The 5th wheel brackets were placed incorrectly, with improper spacing. It takes two people 20 minutes to install the 5th wheel into the brackets by beating/hammering it to set it into the brackets correctly. It takes a 4ft pry bar to get it out of the brackets to move it out of the truck. So not only did they sell us a messed up camper, but also screwed up our 2019 Dodge Ram.
