Very poor experience. I was employed by this establishment if you want to call it that for 2 weeks. In that two weeks I had the hardest time even accepting the fact that it's ran as poorly as it is. My second day the owner had a meeting with me talking about how he hates ****** ********* and gays. He then proceeded to tell me how he wanted me to come to his house and move furniture for him on the clock. Was told they would "take care of me" because remind you they have 0 sales staff other than the sales manager. The fat receptionist who can't mind her **** buisness started alot of issues for no reason other than the fact that her IQ is lower than standards. But the owner being just as dumb as her fired me with out even having a conversation with me to verify whether or not what the ogre was saying was even true. Proceeds to take their sweet time with my check holding back $2000 in gross on a vehicle they didn't even touch in service. This company is untrustworthy and unprofessional to say the least. I will be reaching out to the BBB and the department of labor and file wrongful termination and hostile work environment due to the prejudice and racist comments made while employed. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You are supporting a biggot and putting money in the owners pocket while what little staff he has barely gets paid what they should. 0/10 stars. ***** EDMUNDSON call me if you wanna speak like men you coward. ??

I wish I had looked here before going to this place. We put 900 dollars down on a camper and thesalesman said it was refundable until they started prep work on the trailer. No prep work was ever started and the owner said the only thing he would do is give us a credit on a different trailer because they had startedprrp work on a different trailer to put on on the floor in place of the one we were looking at. We offered to accept a store credit instead of the credit toward a trailer but the owner refused. Also I called 5 times on different days to speak with the general manager and left a name and number and never got a call back. It is well worth traveling little further to avoid the poor customer service here.

We bought a2022 heartland gravity toy hauler. $90,000.00 in march this year. That was biggest mistake. We have used camper to times!! There were small stuff wrong a first all under manufacturers warranty. They keep camper 2months. Picked it up they said it was fixed!! We drove home opened door they had FIXED nothing!! Also not the ** didn't work!! Called again after much ******!!!!! They finally got it in 6 weeks later. Keep 2-3 week then said WE FIXED IT ALL!!!!! YEAH FINALLY!!! We take camper camping and not the ac quits again!!! Also the slide out cable breaks. They have it again. This place is a nightmare!!! Were out all that money and no one will do a thing expect keep it for months and do nothing We have got no use out of this camper and ******* over and its B**K IN THE **** AGAIN. This place is a JOKE.

Bought a 2022 travel trailer this Summer. Second time taking it out the window leaked. Been calling them since July. All we get is we will get back to you. This is almost the end of November. Still no word. Never buy from EDMUNDSON RV

I have been scammed by the service manager.After sales figured a purchase agreement my trade in would account for over 10k to the down payment of the keystone alpine. Knowing that I and my wife were living in it the service department refused to come and look at the trade at the site instead we had to hire a hauler to take trade in to their place to look at to confirm the price of the trade. Causing us to stay at a hotel .Then refused to give us anything for the trade like agreed in purchase agreement. I had no choice but to purchase new camper.Then after leaving the said business the new camper blew 2 tires within 5 miles.Edmundson refused not only to change the tire but not even loan me a **** ! This place of business is nothing but a bunch of scam artists especially the service department

Worst customer service experience ever! I am expected to pay thousands of dollars for a camper and I was not allowed to go back to the shop to learn how to operate it. The service man said only two people are allowed in the area to learn how to operate the camper. That's not fair when there are four adults buying it. I called and left messages and no one will return my calls. They ruined my entire day and my first camper buying experience! Terrible experience with this company!!!

Took our 4 month old camper into get worked on because our air conditioning will not work. When we first got it, the air would not come out of the vents and I called and they told me that is how its supposed to be, no air is supposed to come out of the vents. This is NOT true. The parts and service manager was clueless every time we spoke. I had to call for updates even thought they said they would call me. He had no clue on anything I asked him and had to ask other people and then tell me. They told us our air conditioner works perfect as they are testing it in an air conditioned bay. We cannot get our camper to cool anymore than 80 degrees but they didnt want to put in the effort to test it outside overnight. I will not recommend them to anyone or be returning. My business will be taken elsewhere. There was also a very unpleased customer in the shop while we were there. Told us to not use them for anything as they had his RV all winter and never got the problem fixed. I recommend Mt Comfort where my family got theirs. They had a problem when they first bought it and they got it in the same day and even recorded what the situation was while they fixed it. Please dont waste your time or money by going to Edmundson.
