  I had bonded someone out & they were suicidal was told if they tried to harm themselves or even threatened others to let him know & if the situation presented its self he would revoke the bond simple as that no problem. I asked twice & was told same thing twice unfortunately the situation did present *********** then not only refused to revoke the bond but told the person I was trying to get him 2 revoke it & that they should file a restraining order against me & is that ever causing major problems. I insisted on him letting me out of the bond&returning my title& $$ but he quit answering my calls & texts. He is not a man of his word don't call this guy he is crooked.

  I was lied to when I asked about what it would take to revoke a bond I asked this question over the phone& again in person before signing the bond agreement& all the conditions he said it would take both times expressing my concerns involving someone's personal safty& wellbeing to be sure if such situation was to come about it could be quickly handled he told same thing both times said yeap if the issue was to surface let him know& made me believe it would be taken care of quick&easily but then changed it up when it actually did & now needs this&that & since person checkin in refuses to revoke the bond I even gave him a location to which was even more proof that it wasn't just accusations but my worries were actually true & he feels its not an issue & wants to wait until person violates his contract to which I will have to pay the full bond then he'd go pick them up. I did what he told me right before signing the bond Id need to do& then some & he refuses to stay true to his word instead he switched his words up & added whole lot more to it& I wouldn't of done it had he been straight up from the beginning. If he trusts this person cool remove me from it give me back my title & he can cover the collateral & be the 1 with a death on his shoulders when this person commits suicide I don't want that on my shoulders thats just to much to bare because im a real human being & also because I care about this person & don't want such thing to happen but he's only considered about the $$ not the life at steak & I even offered $$ to cover his inconveniences & extra troubles it brought him he doesn't care. Don't take this guy for his word make him put it in writing or better yet just call some1 else because a man is only as good as his words & his word isn't any good don't learn the hard costly way as I have & sure hope I don't loose a friend by them taking their own life while out on my dime & **** sits there only lookin 4 where& how he can cash out best.

   

  Keep his word, do his job& revoke the bond before there's loss of life on my shoulders especially while I'm responsible for the person! & reliece me completely from responsibility not my fault didn't take the opertunity to do so the 5days location was made known to him now who knows thats on him not me

  He was asking me to revoke the bond. Because she would not stay with him. He told me that she was trying to hurt herself. Or she was gonna commit suicide. I told him I could not take his word for it that he'd have have some kind of proof either a police report or a hospital visit something and he continued to insult me cuss at me.  So I stopped answering his texts and calls. But he asked me to do I could not do by law

  Additional information she did not wanna stay with him. She left his house. He called for me to revoke the bond because she left. I told him I could not do that. The only way I could do that is if she was a danger to herself. Or somebody else or she broke the law that's by law. He continued to call and harass me by phone. By text. I have all the messages I'm happy to present.  Then he sent me a picture of someone's arms cut like they tried to commit suicide. But just the arms no face, no no proof of who they were. I told him I need a copy of the hospital report or something to prove That was hers, then he continued to cuss and harass me more. After that I just stopped answering his calls. Meanwhile she was checking in every week and following all the conditions of her bond. Was in full contact. With her the whole time. She denied all his complaints on her I had no proof of what he said was true or if he was trying to get even with her for leaving him. I told him before we did the bond that if she doesn't want to stay with I can't do anything about he said he knows she did it to him a few months ago when he bonded her out of a different jail. I even tried to talk him out of doing the bond but he wanted to continue. I feel his complaint is just trying to get even with me for not punishing her.

   I am rejecting this response because:That Is not true & I asked him specifically twice that day before signing the bond once on the phone the other time when we met in person & neither time did he say anything at all about a police or hospital report & its not directly because she wouldn't stay w/me she was/is suicidal as we speak I had the cops come out& get her the other night because she was out of her mind they put a 2 week medical hold on her & transferred her to the mental ??. I asked specifically because I knew this could be a possibility he said yes most certainly if she gets out of control & is goin 2 hurt herself or some1 else let him know & he most definitely would go pick her up nothing about no reports from nowhere & She was posting on social media she was going 2 commit suicide I sent him screen shots of it whats he do he gets ahold of her tells her im trying 2 revoke her bond & tells her she should go file a restraining order against me so then she calls threatening my life & to burn down my place w/me in it. How much more proof u need now **** she was chased out of a swamp over by my house by 5 sheriff's at 3am the other morning I had 2 call them because she woke me up claiming I was possessed by demons & kept coming at me w/a ball bat ordering them 2 come out of me or she was going 2 beat them out & guess what I caught it all on video. I want my title & my $$ back shes claiming her court date was moved because she has court same day& time in another county at any rate I done told u I'm not responsible you are your a lier & your word holds no value & then 2 top it all of your also staring the pot putting your mouth where it don't belong.

  Once again I asked him. I needed proof for either the hospital or a police report. I did all that I could. She was the only one to provide me proof of what he wanted her to do or he was gonna revoke the bond she sent me. Screenshots of their ******** page. company policy is that we give everybody a fair chance.  We cannot just up and revoke bonds by law. We have to have actual proof to send to the judge in order for the judge to remove us off The bond. we cannot just allow people just to because they may be Out for revenge or just being mean.  It's not fair to the defendant in that way. So our company policies clear. We cannot just revoke their bond just because they won't stay with you. And I told him that numerous times before he signed.  He says I know there's nothing more I could do by law.
