No stars from me! Class C ************* sprinter! Lost trust when discovered a piece of trim was just thrown on not meeting end to end on the cab portion of it including 2 other issues that were not done properly when built and then delivered to dealer! All issues causing water intrusion! Unacceptable and as I said lost trust! Loss of money was easier than worrying about what else they forgot to do in the building process! Either becoming money pit or a lawn ornament! Sad thing is people are dealing with this with **** selling these to thousands and not held accountable for anything! The consumer is labeled as dumb for buying it I guess! Feeling betrayed in ****! **** needs to realize they are affecting peoples lives and take pride in what they build! Enough said! The worse motor coach ever. We bought a brand new $200k toy hauler and had nothing but problems on day one. Check engine light came on when leaving the dealership, propane line was leaking and pinched, left taillight was not functional, control for the inline water heater was falling off the wall, trim falling off everywhere and the window shade fell off on the passenger side of the coach. Besides sending us off the lot with no taillight and leaking propane, the response from the dealership was non existent. We left multiple messages to *** in *******************, we also contacted the corporate officers via email. NO response from either the dealership or corporate. When contacting Thor customer service, they did nothing to help resolve the situation stating the they had no control over the dealerships. If you want to buy a piece of c*** and get no support to fix any issues, then Thor and the dealerships are the perfect avenue for you! I purchased a 2023 **** Tranquility in May 2022 for weekly travel, and since then, I have encountered multiple issues, including a faulty passenger seat airbag, electrical problems, poor interior quality, and unstable drive. I was assured these problems would be fixed under warranty. However, it is now May 2024, and not only do these issues persist, but new workmanship problems have also emerged, none of which have been addressed.Whenever I tried to take my van for service at other dealerships, they told me they wouldn't service a **** vehicle not purchased there because **** would not honor their warranty. When I finally managed to get my vehicle to the **** center in ******* for repairs, I was treated with the utmost disrespect and disregard. After having my van for five weeks, **** only replaced an alternator and drove a single long s**** into an overhead storage compartment. According to my ******** app, my van remained parked where I left it for four weeks, only being moved to the shop in the last two days, despite their promise to fix the long list of problems within the originally promised two week period.I cannot understand how this terrible business holds an A+ accreditation from the BBB. Shame on the BBB for allowing this rating, as it influenced my decision to purchase this van. DO NOT buy any of these products from ****; you will regret your purchase.Review from John L

We purchased a brand new "2023" Tellaro 20A the beginning of September and it has been sitting at the dealership for Warranty Repairs since October (5 months). **** denied a repair to the awning in which had a tear in it. We had never even used it. Originally we had about 20 small repairs from poor workmanship from the factory. For something that cost so much you would think that they would be flawless. I'm hiring an attorney because this is not right!Review from Chris B

We bought a class A ************ from them. This was our 3 purchase from them. It was a lemon, in and out of the shop multiple times. within the first year we needed the floor fixed( they just glued the floating floor), all of the kitchen drawers caved in, water coming in through the slide on our first trip, replaced one slide, outlets not working, we still do not have complete use of our cameras, all of the bins were showing rust when purchased (they promised to scrape and spray them (they did not), doors on the outside of the rig wouldnt close or open easily, headlights were not working, couch came dismounted, cabinet hardware needed to be repaired, heat plate was falling off, there was a hole in our water tank and the list goes on. Right after our one year **** we went in and said water was still coming in. we recorded it. They agreed to make one final fix on the rig. They said they found a small hole and were gonna fit it. About 6 months later we took it in for regular service and were told we had roof damage and it wound be $16,000 to repair. They said we could file through insurance they do it all the time. We tried. The tech that originally looked at the rig and told us hed fix the small whole told my insurance company they told us there was a whole and we did not want to fix it. I have the paperwork that says they did fix ***** claim was denied. We went to a body shop that specializes in rvs and they said it was actually just a $300 repair. they filled it and reprotected the roof. General RV said $16,000Today it is exactly 3 years after the original purchase. we still have water coming in and we took our rig to a new shop since we cant trust General RV and now we are being told that since they glued down our floating floor to fix it it will be $30,000 to fix the floor that is now rolling up. We just had to have the microwave reinstalled because it was originally installed incorrectly andReview from Richard R

Was sold a Thor Ace 30c RV as new. The workmanship of this coach is terrible. No pride in workmanship what so ever.Don't buy a ****. Buy something else. You will be better off.Review from Sonny T

Purchase a brand new **** campervan that had s defective solar panel . I didn't know it was defective until I brought it home. 5months later I'm still trying them to honor their warranty but they still have not fixed it. I will never buy **** again. I purchased a 2023 Thor ACE from Camping World. Drove 40 miles from the dealership before the entire dash went out. Did some checking and come to find out that there was a **** recall on **** F53 chassiss that were left out in the rain and one of the modules got water in it and was shorting out. Called **** who said my chassis was not part of the recall although it was doing exactly what the recall was for. Took it back to Camping world who said that there was a switch/plug behind the dash that had metal shavings in it that was causing the problem. Brought it home, filled it with water, turned on the water pump and nothing. Took the bed apart, found a water valve on the outlet of the pump was closed. Opened the valve and got water to the bathroom sink and toilet. Turned on the kitchen faucet and water flowed out from under the sink/hot water heater all over the floor. I will be driving this unit back to Camping World for the second timeReview from Richard D

Our Thor Windsport 34e 2015 model...is a pure example of exceptionally poor assembly and sub grade materials. All letherette seating peeled excessively. Toilet failed and four faucets, ***** plastic covered faux chrome. What we thought was veneer wood on walls was contact paper. I've replaced dining furniture and recliners, cost 3K. I'm saving to replace driver and passenger seats. No clearcoat on exterior paint resulting in massive paint and stripe fading. Bottom line, **** has done nothing to help, while Camping World support has been ,Third World at best Many other things have been repaired by me, when I can. My advice, buy used, because, more than likely the original owner has fixed many things previously.
