Ras installed a damaged microwave out of the box. The delivery guy took pictures of the damage and reorderd replacement. The replacement was canceled . I requested the pictures that the delivery guy took of the damage . I was told by the lady that answers the phone that she can only give the pics and information to my warranty company. My warranty company tried reaching out to Ras and left voice messeges but the lady that answers the phone will not respond. I am stuck with a microwave that is damaged and can't be replaced until Ras tell my warranty company American home shied that the order was canceled and send the pictures that the delivery guys took of the damaged microwave. I need Ras to reach out to Amercan home shield purchase department and give them the info they need so I can get my replacement mi riwave.Business Response

RAS Logistics delivered my new refrigerator and removed my old refrigerator on October 31, 2024. They took both refrigerators through my front door. The old refrigerator was wider than my new refrigerator and when they were bringing in the new refrigerator they decided to take off my screen door. I do not use my front door due to I go in and out my house through the garage door. On December 4, 2024, I went to my front door to let someone in and noticed my screen door was damaged. I called RAS on 12/4/24 and informed them about the damage to my screen door. They informed me I had to make a claim and provided a phone number of ************. When I initially called it stated the voice mail was full and couldn't take any messages. I finally got through and the number provided was someone's personal phone. I called RAS back several times, and when I spoke with them they stated that I should contact ** for the claim. Which I did and ** stated they were not responsible as it was RAS that delivered the refrigerator. I spoke with *** yesterday trying to get a good number to file the claim and was informed by the manager ******* that is the only number and I should try googling Sedgewich to file the claim., which I did but I would have to know the policy number for RAS logistics. This type of response is not acceptable and giving me the run around is just their way of frustrating the ******** so the ******** will eventually give up. I have never had a business tell me to ****** to file a claim when they do not provide a good number to call. I am sure I am not the first ******** who has had this issue with RAS but I don't think I should have to replace my screen door that was damaged by them. The delivery men knew they caused damage this is why they removed the door to bring in the new refrigerator yet they didn't have the courtesy to inform me.Business Response

On Nov 20th I ordered a washer and dryer from ********** online. I personally set the delivery date to Nov 30th to compensate for the electrical work we were having done for the units. The delivery drivers called me on that day and told me they'd be there in 45 min. I told them to call me when they got to our driveway and we could meet them at the base. 1.5hrs later I check my ********** app and I see pics of my driveway with it saying "attempted delivery"! My husband leaves to go get the mail up the road and calls me saying 4 driveways down they are actually stuck in the ditch. That may be when unstuck I could sign for our stuff and he could have them put it into his truck and we'd be off. I was told that wouldn't be possible as I went right up the rd and spoke with that driver. One excuse after another. And they were closed on Sundays. Monday comes and we are told we can't get from a store pick up because of liabilities this and that. And that we have to reschedule the soonest was this Saturday the 7th! Everything was in line. Saturday came. No communication AT ALL except for the ********** auto text. We tried calling the drivers. Nothing. ********** **** calls RAS no answer. They did see 3 others to be delivered before us but that was at 4:45!! Not even the ********** app was updated!! Now we have to wait until Monday AGAIN and contact them and figure out wth is going on and when we are going to get our stuff!!! And we can't afford to take time off work AGAIN for A THIRD TIME (yes we work weekends and all week) for them to yet again NOT show up. Let alone at all for someone to be here for them. Unacceptable!! All the way around and there's way more to it but I'm running out of space. This makes me never want to order from ********** online ever again so long as they use these people or anyone else like them for deliveries. So Now TWO businesses will be affected versus just the one by their own Idiocracy and unprofessionalism!Business Response

I was scheduled 8/26 for a refrigerator delivery from GE. The Manassas branch of RAS was contracted by GE. My wife and I rescheduled 2 Dr. ************ to be here. *** did not show up or call us. The next day I was told they would not deliver it until 8/28. RAS showed up 8/28 and fractured a brick on our threshold while hauling out our old refrigerator but denied it. The brick fragment was laying on their cardboard. Since then I contacted a stone ***** who confirmed that he will be unable to repair it with matching cement color. Also, RAS screwed the new refrigerator into our custom cherry cabinetry before checking the water line functionality. No water flow. They had to remove the fridge, untangle the water line and then reinstall it. Very amateurish.Business Response

Awful company! Unrepairable damage to my brand new front door and door jamb (new construction home) during a delivery from *********** Door was gauge and ripped off the hinges, screws were stripped. Jamb was scratched top to bottom. (Replacement door/frame was $4800 that we have not been reimbursed for) Damage was done in April. Promises of rectifying this have been made. I have been consistent with emailing two employees who I had initial contact with; ********************* and ***************************. **** has apologized and promised to contact me "the same day" for this entire time. I have a GE dishwasher that failed multiple times that I bought from Lowes. GE is sending a replacement unit through R.A.S logistics. *** attempted to make a delivery Wednesday but said they could not find my location (my house is easy to find) and they tried to contact me and left a voicemail which I never received. When I called the office I was told that the drivers had no service and were unable to reach out (drive a little ways to get service). Someone is lying. I was rescheduled for today, Friday June 28. I was contacted and told that a helper was out sick and it would be now Monday or Wednesday. I called the regional office in ******* and was told they only make shipments to my area on Mondays and Wednesday and that they couldnt do anything for me except put me back in contact with the Tennessee location. Again I feel as if I was lied to about delivering it Friday just to pacify me a bit longer. I have a wife and 3 kids at home and the dishes pile up fast I have been more than patient with both GE and RAS. GE said they shipped the unit to RAS 6/7/24.Business Response

I ordered a 3 piece furniture set on 10 May 2024. It cost $2,4376.99. THe order supposedly shipped from ********** on 13 May. It eventually arrived in ***************** to be delivered by a transportation partner RAS Delivery Services - GRY to arrive No later than June 5th. Delivery was then scheduled on May 23rd for Wednesday, May 29 between 7:00AM and 7:00PM. I took that day off so as to accept delivery. ON May 28th, a day prior to the scheduled delivery, the delivery was rescheduled for Friday, May 31 between 7:00AM and 7:00PM. I took that day off. On May 31st, the day of the scheduled delivery, it was again rescheduled for Wednesday, June 5 between 7:00AM and 7:00PM. I took that day off. On June 4th the delivery was rescheduled to Wednesday, June 12 between 7:00AM and 7:00PM. I took that day off. On the 12 2 of the 3 pieces were delivered. the chair and sofa but not the loveseat. I called wayfair to reschedule, they sent me to RAS. *** couldn't find the loveseat and wayfair bounced me around between several departments with no resolution. Eventually the loveseat was found, ***** the transport manager at RAS scheduled it to be delivered on Fathers day Sunday June 16th. I sat at home all day with my children, and no one showed or called. I have attempted to Call RAS and they will no longer answer, while ******* continues to bounce me between departments without offering any resolution.Business Response

The item was received by RAS to be scheduled for delivery . No contact has been received from the company after unanswered phone calls to the distribution center that has the shipment . This firm was supposed to deliver an appliance but they only have ****** lb trucks and I live in a community where only smaller trucks are allowed.It is insane a logistics firm does not have any small trucks -- and is incapable of making a delivery.No one should ever do business with such an incapable firm as RAS Logistics!Business Response
