On January 16, 2024 I was charged for a lower partial and they billed Aetna Advantage $1,476 for the device but it never fit properly. They made several adjustment but to no avail. In the meantime on February 1, 2024 they fit me for an upper denture and they billed Aetna Advantage $1,472 for them and when I received the temporary on February 16, 2024 to try out they wasnt made correctly and they protruded over too far over my lower teeth and I told Doctor ***** that. He told me to wear them for two weeks to see how they worked. I wore them home and decided it wasnt going to work. So on February 19, 2024 I returned both devices and told them they arent made correctly and I wanted a refund issued back to Aetna Advantage. I called and spoke to the office manager ****** on February 21, 2024 and she said she would contact their corporate office and have them issue a refund. She am said it will take about six weeks but now its been over 3 months and still no refund. I called ****** again on March 21, 2024 and she said a check should go out March 29 or April 2, 2024 but never did. Now she told ***** Advantage agent a check was mailed on May 14, 2024 and Aetna has yet to receive it. I spoke with an Aetna agent June 3, 2024 and no check still. This is ridiculous!

On June 3, 2024 ****** returned my phone call for a message I left stating if this issue wasnt resolved I would contact an attorney. She said check #******* for $2,948 was mailed on May 17, 2924 to ***************************************. She looked up the bank records and as of now the check was still outstanding.

I would like my complaint redacted so it doesnt show up on public records.

If you need anything further please let me know.

Thank you for your time and help with this matter.

      Sincerely,
      *****************************
