We bought a 2021 Winnebago Spyder Max 30 Toy Hauler brand new $70k. The unit has been waiting to go to the shop or in the shop for 80% of its life for major safety issues. The entire toy hauler door fell off, the Happi Jac system engaged and crushed the metal couch because the safety stop malfunctioned, the cabinets in the slide dropped from the ceiling and had to be re attached and the actual metal awning has come off the camper twice. We waited one month to get it to the shop because that is the first appointment and now it has been there over two months! I have sent certified letters to Winnebago and not one response from them and it has now been 15 business days! Approximately 99% of the time you can never get anyone from Winnebago on the phone as you stay on the eternal hold! Other than this major safety issues we have had many minor issues! We truly feel this is a sub par pandemic built camper and Winnebago needs to take responsibility as we do not morally feel this unit should be passed to another person due to the safety issues! Do not purchase a Winnebago!!!!!

Winnebago has made contact with the customer and dealership regarding the concern experienced with the bed system; Winnebago has worked with the dealer and vendor to be able to supply the correct parts and will be covering the repair under the warranty. Any further request would need to be submitted in writing to Winnebago for the correct department to review.
