I hired them based on the reviews on their website. But I have not had good results like the reviews state. Number 1 they didnt wrap my nice furniture like they state on website. I have many places on my nice bedroom suite that was not on there before the move. They want to send a handyman out to repair places. I want a professional to repair it. I have three pieces of furniture that needs help. Number two issue. They lost or stole my moms $300 Shark vacuum cleaner. We have looked everywhere and it is no where to be found. Have not offered to refund or pay for another one. Number 3 issue. I had 4 closet doors that did not need to be moved. They belonged in apartment. They had the hardware taped to the door. Well they brought them to new house and took the hardware off. And did not tell us where the hardware is at. So I have to buy hardware to go back on them or lose my deposit of $800. I have asked them where they put hardware and they say they move lots of stuff and cant be bothered to remember about screws. There was no reason to move doors and no reason to take them off. But they again have not offered any refund. We paid them $1900.00 for the move. We had two trucks and 4 movers. I feel like we shouldnt havevto keep contacting them about these issues.
