I ordered a Ranch ****** for my 2019 F150 Crew Cab short bed. It was so bad the dealer asked me to come out and look at it while they were installing it. It was warped along the front edge. The sides where it met the bed rail were not even by over an inch. Wavy all the way down. Color was no where close to a match. The fiberglass on the sides was wavy and not finished. The back corners did not match the bed and were missing paint. This was all from a 2 minute look at it. I told my dealer I wanted my deposit back and they thankfully gave it to me. Worst camper shell I have ever seen. Ranch should be embarrassed but they obviously do not care if they shipped this shell out.Review from Troy P

The Ranch fiberglass truck cap that I bought from ******************* of ******, ******* leaks. Phone calls and emails to Ranch fiberglass go unanswered. ******** says that they will reinstall the truck cap but never have an opening in their shop schedule.Review from Harry C

I bought a Topper of yours last fall from **************** in *********** **. I want to say how disappointed I am in the quality of product I received. First my toppers paint started pealing on the bottom by the box of the truck. Locks on topper dont work. I cant even get a key in one of them. They way the the back door is designed it leaked on the sides so I hand to get bigger rubber pieces. As a business owner myself I get things dont always go as planned but man what a fail my topper is.Review from Ben S

Absolute disappointment. Bought new, Cap has been back to the factory for rework, and still leaks so bad through the taillight I cannot keep anything in the bed. Basically wasted the $4k I used to purchase it. It's headed to the dump because unlike Ranch I cannot sell it to someone with good conscience.Review from Carson S

I purchased a Ranch cap, it was delivered with a window that wouldn't slide open, missing a strike plate, chipped paint, and wavy and distorted all along the bottom side of the cap. They decided they wanted the cap sent back to fix everything themselves. 5 weeks later the cap arrived back to dealer with the same window and nothing addressed on the distortion. There response to what they didn't fix with the distortion was $80 refund... not even enough to pay for the paint let alone the to labor to fix this issue. I most definitely do not recommend this brand to anyone.Review from Dan B.

Ive purchased a ranch cap last year still almost a year later dealing with leaky windows, chip paint, rear door not lining up right, led strips not working they really need quality control I would like my money No one at ranch will help a customer they say call a dealer well when the dealer has done everything they can do including getting another cap and that one has leaky windows and the back door wont latch its a company problem not a dealer very disappointed about ranch caps they sure where fast to take my money but not at all wanting to talk to the customerReview from Nate C

I purchased a Ranch work force commercial truck cap. Finally received it on Thursday. It was supposed to be 10 weeks out for delivery! more like 12 and then it was damaged when delivered to the dealer. So another 2 weeks for dealer to repair and repaint the entire cap. So on Saturday it rained and guess what? Tool boxes full of water and the front window leaks. The bed of my truck looked almost like I didn’t have a cap on it. Very disappointed with this company. I feel like I’ve paid 3000.00 for crap. Would not recommend to anyone.Review from Terry H

I purchased my Ranch top just over a year ago, it has leaked from the first rain. the cable latch on the back window is garbage, the side window molding has come off of both sides!!! This truck top is a POS. The dealer I bought it from recommended this top and he has done every thing he can to make it right outside of returning it for a refund, which he will not do. So I will be going back to a Leer top and a different dealer.Review from Samual J

I bought a *********** shell for my '18 Tacoma. I believe the design to be bad. At and above 40mph, I catch so much wind the cabin pressure valve flaps and roars. It's beyond a little wind noise (which is an acceptable possibility). My mpg is diminished, and at 70 mph, I can feel the resistance. I have taken it to the installer, they have readjusted and made it as tight as possible, with no results. I haven't reached out to customer service yet, but I don't expect much. I find that if a company were to ***** the needed contact info in their site, it's an indicator of what's to come.
