Took truck in for service in 01/23 , after ******** the problem with truck was not fixed ,they kept stating could be this or that ,at $90 per diagnostic and $150 an hour labor I had to ask them to stop, had it towed to a dealer which was another 715 dollars , where they diagnosed the problem in less than a day, in my opinion, they do not have proper software, I am filing this complaint, because I think other people should be aware that , this business is all about running a bill other than solving the problem,Also, keep in mind I had to rent a truck weekly to keep my business going, and on top of that paid an additional **** to have the truck fixed properly,Business response

WE PICKED CUSTOMER UP AT ****** LEASING SINCE THEY WOULD NOT WORK ON YOU TRUCK. YOU WERE INFORMED THIS *** COULD GO AS HIGH AS ****** DOLLARS DUE TO THE **** OF TRUCK AND THE ISSUES YOU WERE HAVING. YOUR INSTRUCTIONS WERE TO NOT GO OVER 5,OOO SINCE YOU DID NOT WANT TO PUT TOO MUCH INTO THE TRUCK REPAIR. WE DIAGNOSED THE TRUCK AND HAVE THE BACK UP DOCS TO PROVE IT. IN ADDITION, WE INSTALLED A DEF INJECTOR ALONG WITH OTHER PARTS. THIS IS THE RIGHT *** APPORACH SINCE THE ***** IS SO EXPENSIVE. IT IS A PROCESS OF ELIMINATION. WE CALLED AS INSTRUCTED WHEN WE GOT NEAR THAE DOLLAR LIMIT YOU IMPOSED. YOUR TRUCK SAT HERE FOR MONTHS AS WE TRIED TO COLLECT OUR MONEY VIA MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS. ONLY WHEN WE ADDRESSED A LIEN DID YOU RESPOND. THE TRUCK WAS TOWED AND ALL THE *** WORK WAS DONE SO THE NEXT VENDOR DID NOT HAVE TO ELIMINATE PROBABLE CAUSES. THEREFORE, THEIR REPAIR, ALTHOUGH EXPENSIVE, WAS ALL THAT WAS LEFT TO DO TO REPAIR TRUCK.WE COULD HAVE FINISHED THE *** BUT WERE RESTRICTED BASED ON YOUR BUDGET. IT WAS A ****** REPAIR AS WE WARNED IT COULD BECOME.
WE HAE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 20 YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST I HAVE HAD TO ADDRESS THE BBB, SO CLEARLY WE ARE NOT ABOUT RUNNING THE **** AND NOT FIXING THE PROBLEM
