Traded a 2016 Kia ******* for a 2016 Suburban. Dealership claimed their vehicles go through an inspection however when we got home we noticed the third row seat belts were slashed about 3/4 of the way through. The following day the service suspension light came on. About a week after the trade the torque converter failed and cost me $4,000 out of pocket. Now almost 30 days after the trade in my previous vehicle still hasnt been paid off. So Im stuck with two car payments and a vehicle in the shop. Was also told the vehicle was previously owned by an employee of the dealership however documents show it was last titled through an auto auction. Staff hasnt been helpful in the slightest. After finding a car at S&H online, I contacted the dealership. I requested additional information related to recent service and was provided ambiguous answers. I drove 2 hours to look at the vehicle, test drove it, and bought the vehicle. When I got home, I noticed the entire exhaust pipe from was broken. This was unnoticeable to me when I drove the vehicle and was not disclosed at the time. Had I been made aware, I would have asked them to reduce the price of the car or have it fixed before purchasing. Additionally, they informed me the timing chain was replaced at 68k miles but provided no proof of this service. I would never buy another car from S&H and would recommend people avoid doing business with them.Review from Amy B

They scam people, lie to people and sell c*** cars that are made up pretty just long enough to get them off the lot until they fall apart then deny any wrong doing and refuse repairs that's only if you get to keep the pos they sell you and don't leave you stranded in their lot for 5 hours in the hot sun because they don't know how to do their job. Worthless don't ever even think about getting a car from here
