              My air conditioner on my camper is a Coleman Mach and has a two-year warranty on it. I purchased the camper in September of ******************************************************** October of 2023. I took it to a qualified service center and the service center has told me over and over that they are doing what Coleman Mach has asked and that my air conditioner qualifies for a warranty replacement, according to the forms that they have filled out. Coleman Mach has been delaying sending the replacement for over two months now and I have already had to cancel one trip, and its looking like I will have to cancel another one for next week since their replacement still has not come in. I would like them to honor their warranty by replacing the defective A/C unit and reimburse the expense that I have had to endure from them wasting so much time in doing so. ($20 in cancellation fees so far).

              If I could give them less than one star I would.This company has no customer service their products are garbage and I can't even get somebody to call me or email me back on a product that I have been trying to get taken care of for 4 months... I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company their products are garbage and their customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. There are many reputable companies out there this one is not.
