I had a fence put in 2021 Aug or September by *****. My gates don't close right. The gate opens inward. I thought I was getting professional grade fencing. I've been told that this fencing is not professional grade. I had ***** come out & he started yelling at me then pretty much said he didn't need to fix it. I have 2 estimates to fix the doors.Business response

Business Response Contact Name and Title: ***** ******* owner Contact Phone: XXX XXX XXXX Contact Email: **************@icloud.com ******* ***** is a liar she called me out about her gate tried to trick me into fixing it knowing that it had been hit by what she said was her concrete man looks like a lawnmower bashed into the gate post and of course it will not open now both gate post and gate needs to be replaced and I told her I could not fix that for free and that's what she wanted and stated that I was just telling her this because she's a woman she is now adding extra things in there to make me look bad of course she calls my competition out to get them to say something bad about the fence of course that's easy to do there is no problem here this is not my responsibility and hers I consider her a liar for leaving out the fact that she told me her concrete man hit that post and she would have to call him I guess She stated that I was just saying this to her because she was a woman This is when I did get upset with her and left that was the extent of my attitude with her I did not yell at her she's adding extra I have nothing but good reviews online she is the only person I have ever had complain thank you have a good day
