On 7/19/24, I took a CPR recert from ****** ****** at First on Scene CPR located at **** ********** ***** **********, IN. There were three other people in the class. I have emailed, called on business phone and called and texted on cell phone to see when he would report my recert to the State. He hasn't responded to any the contacts. I spoke with another recert location in Evansville, and they stated he has done the same thing to other people who end up getting recertified with them. One of the partisans asked for for proof that they passed and he stated it had to come from an email in PDF form. His business phone is ************. His cell phone is ************.Business response

The AHA Website was down for Maintenance on Friday Evening and was unable to email cards out to students and was out of town on Monday and Tuesday, I got a text message from ****** on Tuesday asking about the ecard and i told him i would be back in the office on Wednesday and issue the ecard to him.
