0 stars. Had roof and home damage from the march 2023 storm. They showed up to inspect seemed great fed me a bunch of lies. They were in touch and friendly until I got the insurance estimate. Gave them 3500$ deposit and then they disappeared. 4 months now of my roof being tarped. And I’m now concerned that any damage not initially on the insurance claim won’t be able to get added to it!!! Have to take them to small claims court and try to get my money back!!!

We have provided the refund to this customer.

They asked for a full payment and said that the windows will be delayed, project completion took a month to finish and still the windows dis not arrived and I had to do a refund which they agreed that I will get the refund after business days which starting Oct 4 and until today they refund is not yet sent and. They will give you tons of alibi just to make your life miserable. The owner knew that my wife is very sick and the money would help us a little bit but it seems they wanted to hold on to my money as long as they can. I also informed them about the half-*** job they did and the owner said just to just send the picture which I did but they never came. I also have another house that they accepted to clean but 2 weeks after receiving the money I found out that nothing has been cleaned and the owner said its because there no available dumpster. So I asked for the refund and that time it took 2 weeks again for me to get my money back. They're nice when getting your money but awful when asking them to give back your money. I suggest that they can just send the money through zelle they only reply I got is " I have the details " but until now money.

You were told multiple times that the windows weren't special orders. You were also told it would take 10 business days minimum for a refund. Don't get on here and tell lies. I've spoken with you almost every day regarding your refund.

I am a single, female retiree with limited income. RamTec was recommended to me by people who had had sucess using them. They took the full payment upfront. I waited, making contact every few weeks, then begged for them to do the work and 5 months later they did some of it. The workmanship was not great but at least part of the contract was done. The owner, who apparently is turning his life around from embezzlement charges, kept promising to do the rest of the contract (gutters and drainage) for another year then quit taking my calls. His wife does the books. I have a hard time believing that they are crooks but with the lack a performance on a paid contract what else am I to think???? I filed a lawsuit. I won. (case # available upon request) He never acknowledged, defended or paid. Two years later I am still without the work or the money. I wish he had turned over a new leaf but if you are: single, female, retired, injured, low on money or need work actually done then look somewhere else. If you just want to fund a criminal enterprise then by all means hand over your bank account,

Pam, this is completely untrue and unfair. What is unfortunate is that you would post something like this knowing that it is untrue.

I agree that my posting is harsh, but not untrue and not false. I can substantiate that I called or texted every few weeks for a year and a half until I got no response. I believe that demonstrates my patience. I have the receipt for the full payment of the contract upfront. RamTec says they do gutters on their website. How could it possibly take 2 years to complete gutters when this is basic to their business? I didn't want to complain. I wanted service and I thought I would get it. Rick is very knowledgeable. I had personal referrals. I even gave him money toward a second project but then said we could apply the money for something else. I never yelled or verbally abused him or his staff. I am at a complete loss as to why he chose to ignore the balance of my contract. I submitted all text messages, photos and the contract to the court in my lawsuit. I won. RamTec was a no show, no response. If it could happen to me it could happen to some other retired, single female so I am doing my public service to warn people. At one point he said that I had become confused over an item I thought was on the contract. I agreed and dropped that request off of my reminders. I got someone else to remove the stove and fridge which were on the contract. I am no longer asking for stump-out on the stumps or side porch rails or dry rot treatment which are all on the contract. I reduced my ask to the gutters and drainage and still no gutters and drainage. Lack of action speaks louder than words. How is lack of completion of a contract unfair to RamTec? RamTec has had 2 years to complete the contract and despite text messages saying it would happen, it has not happened. If I had been informed that the company was so busy that it would take 2 years or more before my contract might be completed, then I would have found a different contractor. Calling me unfair is acceptable to me when I have a lot of evidence on my side and RamTec has only accusations on theirs. Let's be fair and truthful. I feel cheated. I feel like a fool. I know that I am missing work without any communication as to why.

Hired Ramtec to do a remodel on our showroom. We gave them the deposit to start and do the work. They started out good, came in and did the demo in a day or two. But after that we had to call them to find out when they were going to come and finish it, or they would call and say they would be here on a certain date to do work but not show up or call. Then every time they did come back to do work we had to have them redo it from being improperly installed or just not good work. We started this process in August of 2021 and it is now February 2022 and it is still not completed.

We are working on getting the drop ceiling done. Material is on back order. We have had a great relationship with you guys at this point. You guys have done great work for us.
What can I do to make it right?

RamTec did an installation project for us. The crew (Seth, Jake, Jerry) did an excellent job, and we are very pleased with their work and their professionalism. We highly recommend RamTec.
