Purchased a sectional couch beginning of summer. We put down 3000 sent debit card had 10k which was reached. *** the Manger and ******* the sales rep was told by my husband to pulls of balance the next day. Months went on I received vm to setup delivery. I called to schedule delivery and *** the manager calls back to advise there is a balance still due. I explained to call my husband since we thought it was already taken out. My husband was spoke to *** and decided to cancel he said there was a 25% restocking fee, my husband advised was not told about this such fee. *** stated he would contact the owner to see about waiving and call back. 3 days pass and we received a refunding check for 1525. Which *** made the decision for OUR money without talking to my husband. My husband went to the store Oct 7th got into it with *** and the owner came out. Nothing was resolved and this is bad business. At this point I will never shop there or give them any of my money. There were more concern about the money instead of resolving the issue. They are liars and crooks. Buyers beware if you shop there in the future. My social media friends and family will hear about this.Business response

Business Response In April Mr. ******* made a purchase of a special order sectional. At the time of the purchase he made a partial payment of the balance. When delivery called to schedule at the end of September we were informed that the balance could not be paid. A manager offered extended financing terms even though, a cash discount had been given, this wasn't acceptable to Mr. *******. As our contract of sale states all returns are subject to 25% restocking fee. WE sent Mr. ******* a check less the restocking fee on 9-28-22. On 10-7 Mr. ******* came into the store and said he had our check and would return it and pay his agreed upon balance, this did not happen. As a last resort to resolve this I phoned Mr. ******* on 10-20 AND LET HIM KNOW WE would honor or 10/7 agreement fpr his purchase. He declined this offer and said he would accept the restocking fee and cash our check
