On 10-12-22 move sche to be there at 9 am in the back of the apartment. At 9:05 am I went around front and no one in sight. At 9:15 am the driver came to the back and said they had been there for 15 minutes. The move was a mess and they didn't listen to anything I said.Issues: water not drained out of washer - bucket on top of washer for this, heavy magazine rack not moved, microwave not moved. I had a brand new package of Bounty paper towels, $22.00 and a brand new package of Angel Soft toilet tissue, $13.32. No where to be found! There is a scratch on my kitchen table, which the driver denied doing. They refused to hook up my washer and dryer, which other movers did for me. The crew NEVER introduced themselves. The one mover acted like he would rather be anyplace than where he was - had on a red cap. After the movers left the only item in my bedroom was my bed. The two chests were in the small bedroom against the wall with my lamps and boxes of food. Other boxes were stacked in front of the chest, lamps and food. They sent another guy, who somehow got inside my secure building without calling me from downstairs. He immediately told me he wasn't moving any boxes and this was all my fault. He kept on and on about how it was my fault the furniture wasn't in the right place. He started to get the one chest and he was scooting it with the full drawers intact. I told him not to do that, as I am responsible for any carpet damage. His mouth didn't stop. Finally I told him to leave and at this point he looked at me, smiled and sarcastically said God bless. I wasn't to nice back. NEVER have I had such rude movers and then for the company representative to not say they are sorry I had a bad experience. Never has the furniture not been in the rooms where it was supposed to be. No one asked where to put things, except I said the boxes in the small bedroom. Contacted Evansville office no response. $100.00 in damages.Business response

In reference to the situation with ******* I have received maybe 15 emails from her since her move and only responded to 1. Some of the things she has accused us of is stealing $23 worth of bounty paper towels and $13.32 of Angel Soft toilet paper. Upon doing my estimate with her she gave me about a 20 minute rundown of why she was moving. She lived at a duplex and said the other tenant in the duplex was a meth head and drug dealer. She was very worried and paranoid that they were following her. Looking back this should have been a red flag that this was a customer that wasn't all there. She made several special requests which we tried to accommodate. She was moving about 45 mins away and requested that after we load her up and head to unload destination she would like to stop at a grocery store and see if any cars are following her. She wanted to make sure nobody followed her to her new location.
In moving we deal with a wide variety of situations that people are dealing with (domestic violence, divorce, etc) . That being said, we are sensitive to these situations when they arise and have plenty of experience with it at this point. When ****** mentioned what she was worried about I felt for her and wanted to get her out of the duplex. She called on a Monday and I did her estimate the same day and moved her Wednesday as she wanted to move ASAP. Due to the situation I felt we needed to accommodate that even though we had to fit her in.
After the move is when all the problems started. We appreciate our customers and realize sometimes our service doesn't match up with expectations. Generally when customers have issues I personally deal with and try to work with the customer on a solution that satisfies them, whether that is monetarily or coming over to fix something. Our speed at which we handle the problems that arise is a big part of the reason our reviews have been so good. Most of our 150+ reviews are on Google Facebook and Home Advisor.
At the end of the day I hate that she feels like we didn't provide a satisfactory service and wish nothing but the best for her. I feel there is nothing more I have to say to her as the emails she sends are very threatening and concerning. I have sent her 2 checks now for $100.00 that she says she hasn't received.

I just received the BBB repy from NuSpace. I have not recieved one check, let alone two! No one sends a second check if the first one isn't received.
I sent **** from NuSpace an email and I will be taking him to small claims court. Unfortunaltly, he has a problem telling the truth and in court he will have to produce the two checks he claims he sent. He can't prove that any was cashed, as I never recieved one. Bet I do in a few days.
I am sorry he had to stoop to defaming my charactor.

I have sent him my address again, in case he didn't keep his file. Sure the tax pepole will be happy to audit him. Don't fool with an old person. hahahahaBusiness response

I have been in contact with **** ******* at NuSpace Moving, but he never answers me. Right now, I am attempting to get my right shoulder healed from having to move furniture they should have moved. I will be taking him to Small Claims court when I am through with my chiropractor appointments. Mr. ******* has claimed to have sent me TWO checks, neither of which I have received. I repeatedly give him my mailing address and he should have this information on his records. AS far as I am concerned this report can be ended and it will get settled in small claims court. I have kept a copy of ALL my correspondence to him concerning this issue. Thank you, ****** *****
