I applied for the Canam on 12/25/2021 went to pay a deposit of $500.00 to reserve the Canam 600 bike. I was told the part to the bike will be ready the first week of Feb. 2022 than the part never arrived and was told the end of Feb 2022, still no part than was told it should arrive early March 2022. No part again and was told part should be in by April 7th, 2022 again no part than ***** told me that he was willing to give me a refund since that part was never produce. he claim to submit the refund process on April 12th, 2022 and after following up on the refund on 04/20/2022 he stated that the manager **** ******* was not willing to refund me. Clearly I didn't refuse product the product was never produce so therefore service was never rendered.Business response

Consumer Response The issue was resolved and the company did refund my money back.
