I had contacted this dealer about a car early in the day. I had spoke to Paige Billings. I planned on purchasing and shipping this vehicle that day, however they sold the car under me while I was waiting for a quote back. This could have been a lack in communication or simply lack of morale from the dealer, but it still happened. I would advise to steer clear from this business and this sales associate.

My vehicle broke down on the way to trade it in. This was after being there for 3 days with the same issue and being given the all-clear to take it home a couple weeks prior. Waited 2 days to hear what was wrong with my trade-in. By the time I was called, I didn't even want the car I was looking at buying. Turns out the alternator went bad. I was told they would order the part, and it could be in on Saturday or Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around, a full week without my vehicle, and then I'm told there are no alternators available in the region for my vehicle. Instead, they said they could send it for a rebuild, which would save me a whopping $300 off the $1600 estimate. The rebuilt alternator would only have a 12 month/12k warranty (which I will get in writing). I'm now told my vehicle may be ready Thursday. That's 9 full days in the shop. Going forward, I will find another shop for future repairs and oil changes, and when it comes time to buy my next vehicle, it won't be from any D-Patrick Dealership.

I am talking about D-Patrick Ford. Almost don’t know where to start. However I took my 2005 F250 with diesel engine. I had lost power so they had it for about a week. Put in a new turbo unit and said it was ready. Problem was it ran just like it did when I took it in so they kept it week after week went by and they kept assuring me they would be able to fix it. Then seriously after over 5 weeks I went and took it off the lot and went to another service center. They fixed the problem the next day and told me they were surprised D-Patrick couldn’t figure out the problem due to the fact the issue was a common problem for that veh. I talked to D-Patrick’s service manager and asked to see my old turbo unit. Reluctantly he did so. I was able to take it and have it checked out. To no surprise my old turbo unit was perfectly Ok. D-Patrick had given me an invoice for over $3,000.00. I sat with the owners son think it’s either Dick, or Peter ( well the same) O’Daniel who threatened to sue me if I didn’t pay the bill. So they replaced the turbo that didn’t need it, they also had a part they say they replaced on the invoice, but the other service shop replaced the part and even kept the old part that D-Patrick claimed to have replaced. I had the service manager cell phone# and called him after a few days to get answers. He told me Dick fired him because he told them he didn’t think I should pay for work they did that wasn’t needed. I felt terrible for him because he really was good at his job and liked what he was doing. I few months later D-Patrick’s attorney called me to get my side of the story. I text him the text I got from the fired service manager and have not heard anything since. That’s been a couple years ago. I friend of mine went to work for D-Patrick as a salesman and he left after one day because he claimed they used misled tactics to sell vehs. I have also heard, and experienced during oil change being charged $10 for tire rotation they did not do. Check that!!

I previously rated them one star over a misunderstanding. They resolved the issue.

Ford’s quality and service has gone down hill. I brought my vehicle to D-Patrick Ford for two recalls. They had my vehicle for 2 days and only performed one recall without telling me. The AC blower motor failed (the recall D-Pat failed to perform) and I had to bring it in a second time. They replaced the blower and the AC blower failed ti operate less than 8 hours later. Bright the vehicle in for a 3rd time and was told it was a connector had melted but somehow not covered by the recall. This cost me $521 to have replaced. I will never buy another Ford again and I will never buy a vehicle from D-Patrick again.

November 22nd I had my twin boys we have 2 other children as well so since we have a jeep and am altima it was crucial that we get another vehicle that we can fit everyone in. Upon out vehicle search we found a Traverse we were interested in so went to d pat to check it out. We had trouble finding it on the lot so my husband called and was told it was at the other location off 41 so we drove over there and the associate that we spoke to stated the vehicle went to auction but wanted to show us an expedition and kept insisting we look at a vehicle that we had zero interest in adding in that they will give us a tv with purchase of vehicle. While this was happening I was able to find another Traverse at the location we were just at so we went back to the d pat Honda location this was where my husband spoke to Merrill. He brought over the Traverse we were interested I'm but stated someone has already put a deposit on this. This is now twice that am associate seems to have no idea what they are doing. Of it's sold or not available why even bother? After all this we are shown an buick enclave. Now my husband is a veteran that owns American vehicle repair so was already upset going to Carlos in first place but it was quicker method then how he normally purchases vehicles as he didn't have the time to search around as much. But the car was more than a couple 1000 over asking price which they refused to budge on at all. My husband kept saying the only reason they do this is because something is broken and they are trying to make money back he said he sees it all the time repairing customers vehicles after they brought from lots. Vehicle was being sold as is which made him think this more but he kept being assured nothing was wrong with the vehicle. A couple weeks after purchasing the car it has been going in limp mode and then completely dying. Now it will not even start. If you're looking for an honest company steer clear of d pat at all costs.

I purchased a used vehicle and was told that the only issues the vehicle had was a broken window that needed to be replaced. The issues with the window were visible due to the duct tape that was holding the window up which I was fine with. Two days after the purchase, the vehicle started shaking and I took it to a mechanic and after thorough inspection multiple issues were noted that would cost over $6000 in repairs. I notified the salesman about the issues as soon as I noticed them. I even gave them a copy of all the noted issues and they brushed them off and said the transmission mount could be the issue and they only focused on the shaking. They did not even offer to fix what their mechanic found after he inspected the car which was after the fact or lower the price. Mind you I already put $2000 down and they have possession of the car. The repairs cost more than the value of the car. They are not willing to work with me on swapping out for a different car and refuse to refund the money I put down. I purchased the vehicle less than 2 weeks ago and it has been a nightmare. They sold me a bogus vehicle without inspecting that should have been sent to the junkyard and they took advantage of me. So disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole process. I work hard for my money and to have a dealership take advantage really hurts. I cannot trust them and would not recommend them to anyone at all. I just want to move on from this experience and server ties with the dealership as they have been nothing but deceiving, greedy, inconsiderate and unprofessional to say the least.

NO STARS!!! I have purchased all my personal vehicles from a DPatrick lot. My latest was a 2014 Nissan Versa Note. Last month (October 2021) I noticed a jerk in my transmission. My car had less than 40,000 miles and Nissan, as well as DPatrick Nissan knew there was an issue with the transmissions. I took my car to DPatrick Nissan and was told I would need a $4,000 transmission job. The Kelley Blue Book value is $5,400. Nissan North America offered to pay half the cost. DPatrick offered NO resolve or assistance toward this known issue. Loyalty only works one way with DPatrick. DO NOT PURCHASE OR HAVE VEHICLE SERVICED BY DPATRICK. THEY DON'T FIX THEIR PROBLEMS!
