      After looking further into their “upside down” “deal”, I had my credit ran when it was said it wouldn’t be. Now I have a hard inquiry that is absolutely pointless on my credit history. The management did not seem concerned at all with the lies and deceit. They defended their deal saying the voucher does pay the car off, but your negative still rolls over. After complaining in the chat to a message received from them, they blocked my profile. They have no intentions of making anything right for anyone and are just in the business of scamming people. DO NOT BUY VEHICLES HERE!

      Stand by. They have had my car 28 days. First repair was $4,600. Then they found a second problem. Now they want another $4,300. Will not call us back as promised by Chris or Steve. Seems like I’ll have to contact Hyundai Corporate, Better Business Buteau and Indiana Attorney Generals Office to get any satisfaction. But I’ll give them a chance. Heading there Monday

      Took my car in for service in September and they said I needed to change my air and engine filter and they sent me pictures of my filters, I declined, that's something I can do at home. On 1/23/24 I went there to get simple maintenance done, oil change,tires, etc. the week of the 15th (the week prior) my husband changed my air filter. When I went in for my appointment they, once again, told me I needed my filters changed. I declined but found it odd that my air filter would need to be changed again. Then when I got home I was looking at the pictures they sent me, looked at the pictures they sent me back in September, exact same pictures. Keep all texts and records and pictures that you get from them. They are scamming people into spending money they don't need to spend money on. Get second, third opinions, don't trust those hands touching your vehicle, it's a shame they are scamming people on fixed incomes.

      Sold me a car with less than 50,000 miles, however within 24 hours it broke down. They said they fixed it but it broke down two more times within first few weeks. When I called to tell them they said well just bring it back in and we will make you another deal. Their deal was selling me another used car with more miles for more money.. and not even giving me what I paid for on my current car. Leaving me either paying 100 more a month on another car or without a car. Of course they were gonna charge me again for whatever fees they tacked on as well. I just don't understand how one company could be so greedy to people. They have insurance to cover their loss... single moms working in healthcare don't get money for a bad car.. they get ripped off again and again.

      Hello Savannah, We are sorry that you are going through this, but You are more then welcome to reach out to John ******* our Sales Manager and we will do everything we can to trade you out of your car. Trading you into another car of your liking all depends on what car you pick and the pricing of the vehicle could differ, And we are sorry that you have experienced this situation and would never sell a car knowing there is going to be an issue, having a dissatisfied customer is the last thing we would want. We do not have insurance to cover these types of losses as you said in your review, we just pay for the fix out of our pocket to keep customers happy, and are still happy to try to send the car to a Chrysler dealership to have it relooked at it and try to get it fixed again. Either way please reach out to John ******* (XXX) XXX-XXXX to either trade out of your vehicle or let us try to fix the car.
