      I purchased a 2018 Chevy Silverado from Kenny Kent last April and this company just beats their customers down to a pulp. I have been told I’m a lair about having a warranty, I’ve been told one excuse after another. I’ve had my truck in service 3 times now and the tire light issue still isn’t fixed. They have just treated me like dirt and don’t care about the customers need at all just about the money. They told me they didn’t have enough vehicles to loan out when my truck was down the first 2 times and after raising my voice to the manager he finally gave me a truck to drive after still having the same issue. I tried to talk to the manager Matt ****** at Kenny Kent Chevy and it took him two days to finally return my phone call and still not wanting to help me out at all. This dealership is so piss poor it’s not funny and they refuse to help make anything right except excuses. And they have screwed over not just me but family members and friends. This company has lied to me time and time again and I want people to know how poor this dealership is.

      Very dishonest dealership. I purchased a 2018 Ford Ecosport in May 2024. They covered up the axle that was broken, valve covers leaking, alignment was way off. They had the tires switched around and deflated to certain air pressure to make the ride seem smoother. Muffler is now off. It was only June when I called my sales guy Sam about smelling hot oil and he said bring it on in to the service department. I did where they revealed all of the things wrong with it. Then said it was $159.00 for diagnostic. I was like what? They said the head of service department and used car manager would see what they could do for me with the almost $2,000.00 repair bill. I was so happy to hear they might help me out of the situation. They never got back with me. I called and was just brushed off. Never again and I will tell all my friends , co-workers, family and acquaintances to take their business elsewhere. Bad business for sure.

      This is a very dishonest and incompetent dealership that I would advise everyone to stay away from. I am an out-of-state resident. I intended to pay cash and I was honest with them about that. First mistake was telling them either one of those things. I drove from St. Louis, MO to Evansville to see a used truck they had. I test-drove it. I told them I wanted to buy it and pay cash. I said I wanted the truck, I did not request any add-ons or anything else. They charged me for some useless warranty for the Zaktek coating (not requested, no discussion) and for a dirty old bedliner that had holes drilled into it, was dirty and had drywall mud on it, and was dirty underneath. It was hidden in the bill. All I thought I was paying for was the truck and taxes and fees. I told them explicitly that this was all I wanted. They don't care, they added on crap that was already on the truck anyhow to bump up their profits since I didn't want to finance. Then they take me in the Finance Room and try to sell me a powertrain warranty. Somehow it goes from thousands of extra dollars down to $600 dollars (indicative of how much they gauge their customers for profit). The sales manager comes and tries to scare me with some BS scare tactic. Talk about the stereotype of rotten car dealers with zero integrity on display. It gets better. I email and call telling them when I would be back to pick up the truck. Days in advance. When I get there it is not ready at all. They say they need time to clean it, it will be ready when we get back from lunch. We go to lunch and come back. We wait over an hour, closer to two hours. The temp tag was not ready. The interior of the truck was dirty. The bedliner they charged me for was definitely not cleaned (hence how I know it was not an add on, it already existed on the truck). I am reporting them to the Indiana Dealer Services Division and I recommend anyone else having problems do so as well.

      I recently purchased a 2023 vehicle from Kenny Kent. They made verbal promises and then they did not keep their word. When I arrived at the service center for the promised after market items they conveniently started the service even after telling me they would wait for my salesman who was on his way. Once the started the service the salesman stated management would not agree with the promise that was made verbally. I was stuck at that point. Another salesman came out and spoke rudely and demeaning to me, I guess because I was a female and what was I going to do. A random male client waiting for service even tried to help and asked for someone higher in the office to come out and he would help speak on my behalf. He could tell they were targeting me. I waited after my car work was completed for an hour and no manager could be interrupted to speak with me. I saw Chris ****** in the office with his dog and even though he has changed positions he would not be interrupted. There are other women who have committed publicly how rude they were treated and felt targeted.
