I took my Kia to the Mazda collision location.Horrible customer service. C.N. would never return calls or messages. I'm talking about nine calls and a email within a month. And going in person to talk to him. I was needing my car repaired and it has taken over a month to even order parts. I am livid at how I was treated. I left and went elsewhere. And guess what, they ordered the parts the same day I called them. I don't recommend you go here for repairs.

Purchased C.P.O. Certified Mazda6 2017, for $23,420. Was told vehicle had 28,916 miles, although 3 days later mileage changed to 36,807. This is when the "Fraud" started. The 160 pt. Checklist was intentionally misrepresented for 150 pt. Inspection and falsified date by 9 months, when Inspection was then done. Driving home in rain with bad wipers, and exhaust shield damaged, with rivets missing. One large undercarriage and two small ones missing. Next came all updates that were needed and cost me more money. P.C.M.and T.C.M.are to be included, by purchasing a C.P.O. Vehicle. That's what your paying for. The brake pads were replaced, per Corporate Mazda. Having additional 8k mileage. Even the navigation card was outdated. Now the kicker. After three inspections by Mazda, took vehicle to a third party for a wheel inspection. Requested wheel balance and balance inspection. Two bent wheels were discovered and all are in denial. These bent wheels directly correlate with missing undercarriage panels and damaged exhaust shield. After $2300, two letters, I then fired my **** ***** lawyer. After receiving payments then was informed could be tens of thousands of dollars, with a decision being odds of flipping a coin. Now have proceeded with a small claims. Will keep posted. Pair of wheels cost over 1k. Now demanding complete matching set. See ya in court soon. Walter C.
