              Had an eye exam 03/07/23 and prescribed new prescription. Picked up new glasses and could not see clearly out of the bifocals. Took them back. Saw doctor again and my old glasses were checked for the prescription which was not done at the initial exam. Was instructed that my old glasses "were like wearing a pair of old comfortable tennis shoes" and try and wear the new glasses. Tried doctor's recommendation. Still could not see clearly and returned the glasses. Was then given a new set of lenses. The new set is actually worse. Cannot even see 20/45. Was given a lecture on the muscles of the eyes and that it takes time to get used to the new lenses. I can see 20/20 out of my old glasses. I am unable to see clearly out of the new glasses and when I expressed my concern I was told point blank that they do not give refunds. So I have a pair of glasses that I cannot use and cannot go to another doctor or get a correct prescription because my insurance only covers eye exams and glasses every 2 years.

              I was given a 105.00 insurance credit buy my insurance paid them 200.00. Tried to resolve at the business and had documented proof and they would not even try to help. They charge you more if you do have insurance. I paid for the insurance and should have gotten my full benefit. Don't go They are way over priced.
