      I have uploaded email correspondence between myself and (I'm guessing) Customer Support from the owner of Pizza King. The company uses DoorDash to deliver for them when they don't have a delivery driver available. I never received my order and neither company will refund my money. Each company is telling me I have to get my money from the other company. The only "relief" offered is from Pizza King. They are willing to make a half stromboli of my choice. I have called both entities multiple times to try and get this resolved AND my initial order was placed for two whole strombolis that were never received. At this point, the "offer" is more an insult than anything. I was not upset with Pizza King at all until I received their offer by email. I was more upset with DoorDash for the discrepant information I received from the calls I made which ended up dragging this out. I was absolutely livid with the person I spoke to last at DoorDash. He insinuated that somehow I was at fault for all of this and ended up hanging up on me after repeatedly cutting me off while I tried to speak. My argument to BOTH companies is this: Why should I PAY for someone ELSE to enjoy a meal I ORDERED for myself AND TIP the driver for delivering it to the wrong place?? As stated in my email to the owner of Pizza King, I called and spoke with the lady at Pizza King THAT SAME DAY and she confirmed that it was MY ADDRESS on the order, not another address like the driver I just spoke with was trying to tell me. I absolutely would have taken accountability IF I had been the one to make the mistake, however, I verified I did not make a mistake BEFORE I requested reimbursement. Yet, I am still getting the "run around," it seems. I don't care WHICH company gives me my money, I just want my money. I paid for something which I did not receive. I can establish evidence of multiple calls made to BOTH companies with dates and times in which the calls were made. Why is this so difficult?

      I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant.

      Doordash is TPD compney that we use to deliver food however once food get picked up from our restaurant it become their responsibility to deliver at correct address and they failed to do that so they should be responsible for this issue. it seem like they have refunded you partial amount except tip that you have paid to Doordash driver. 

      If you feel like we should refund your tip that you had paid to doordash driver it is not fair to Pizza king. 

      However You are loyal customer at pizza King and we would like to offer you replacement for whole Strom of your choice wich value at $11.50

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have spoken to my bank about the non-descript deposit which was made. The deposit was made by me at an ATM on Vogel Rd. I have bank records that I am more than happy to provide showing I have never received the refund for the purchase on 2/5/24. Further, I saved the phone number for the delivery driver who told me she delivered my order to another address. Again, I implore you to speak to DoorDash and figure out some kind of resolution to this!

      Thank you for concern but you have use Door dash platform to order and We don't have any control over delivery once they pick it up from us you do need to talk to them. for refund. If you have All proof that food was not deliver and have talk to driver, then they should be able to get refund with No issue. 

       

      Because you are loyal customer of pizza king, I would be more than happy to replace your choice of 1 storm.

       

      I don't know what you want me to do I can't refund because porches were not done on Pizza king platform.

      Hello,

      With all due respect, DoorDash has told me that since I ordered directly from the Pizza King website (and I did), I have to get my refund from you. This is why I am so very upset about the whole situation. I've spent more time trying to get my money back than it's actually worth at this point. I have to wonder how many people has this happened to? I'm not saying you or your company are at fault, please don't think I am. I'm saying there is a lack of communication somewhere. 

      Have you contacted DoorDash on my behalf to see "where" the money is? All I'm asking is for a resolution. I can prove I called the same day. I can prove I've inquired about this multiple times, in fact. I can prove I've called the driver. I can prove I never received the refund. And, I'll need to talk to my landlord (I just thought about it), but if his surveillance cameras go back that far, I may be able to prove the driver never delivered to my door! I'm not sure about the last part, though. I doubt he keeps records that far back. I'll get back with you on that one.

      My apologies, I missed your previous question regarding the order number, card number, etc. I just so happen to have the following:

      Time: Shows it was delivered at 11:33 AM

      Please let me know if there is anything else you need. I have my bank statements for both February & March standing by, if needed. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me on this, thank you.
