I hired Foxx Pools to open my pool for the Summer. They arrived on 4/25/24 at 8 am as scheduled. They did not perform the required tasks that were agreed to at the time of scheduling, sometime back in the Winter. 1. Their crew failed to inform me of a leak in the pool. 2. They failed to thread down several of the anchors that secure the pool cover in place. 3. They also failed to install the pool vacuum that they removed back in September when they closed the pool. Now, it’s the busiest part of the season and I can’t get their help. I have to wait in queue another 3 weeks to get someone to come out. Since they were here on 4/25/24, I have had trouble with getting my pool chemicals in balance. There was a lot of algae in the pool, I was getting bad advice from them, stating I should get a new pool gasket for the pump. This was faulty advice, given that I went to another pool company to purchase pool shock. They have charged me nearly $300 to remove a pool cover, add a few chemicals, and turn on the pump. The crew lied to me stating they told me about the pool leak, I suspect that given their company vehicle was idling the whole time while at my home, they may have been monitored for how much time they were on site. I have had to back flush my pool several times to get the dirty water out,( this is normally the job of the pool vacuum), each time I lose water and have to refill from the city water supply thus increasing my water bill, and putting excess wear on my equipment. It was agreed to between the parties that I would be responsible for cleaning the pool, (adding chemicals, etc), but that Foxx Pools would be responsible for the equipment set up. I have no proof of what this pool leak is about or how they detected it so it can be fixed. I want another tech (****) to come out and resolve this matter.Business response

Fox Pools went to open customers pool - the water level was at the skimmer
no notes of the pool being low at the time of opening or any leaks
Customer has not paid said invoice for opening of pool on 04/25/2024
Tried calling customer twice and not accepting calls
