            Mr Glenn at window shopping left rude voicemail cause my wife was dealing with a ac guy, instead of dealing with his sales person when both showed up at same time, he called 2 mins later he said don’t worry about wasting his employees time coming to home an not to call them again if wanted their business… who talks to anyone like that??? lol Mr Glenn knows I own 3 homes an know a lot of people!!! Very rude!!!

            After multiple attempts to confirm this appointment, our representative arrived at the home for our scheduled time with Mr and Mrs W******. Upon arrival, a heating and air crew was already working. Our representative knocked on the door and did not get an answer. After several minutes of this, Our representative asked one of the guys from the crew that was working to see if he anyone was at home. Our representative waited outside and was promptly and firmly run off by the home owner who had neglected to cancel their appointment. In hostile situations such as this, we would not want to send a representative back out to this home. We simply left the message letting them know that they did not need to call back because we would not be interested in their business. Furthermore, not that it matters, I do not know Mr. W****** or how many homes he owns. You can also tell by reading the review that he was clearly upset at the time it was written.

            That was all wrong and assuming how things went an were said doesn’t give a company spokesperson the right to leave anyone a filthy voicemail.. the representative that came to home was very nice and thanked my wife an mention that an one other appointment an was able to get off early..
