            Laundry and Tan Express I have frequented this establishment for a few years on and off and have recently noticed that the washers have not been rinsing water out of clothes as well. When it happened a second trip several weeks later I was told by employee that I must have done something causing the machine to not rinse and spin the water off my clothes well enough??!! What could I have done to cause this I have no idea I just loaded it added detergent and inserted the money hit start and the machine does the rest...hhhmmmm....so I proceed to show her my clothes as I take them out the washer and ask her to pick up the clothes I have in my hands in order for her to see and feel how heavy the clothes were with water. She explained she wasn't " allowed to touch my clothes" per owner and proceeded to tell me to see how long the clothes would take to dry. I put my clothes in numerous dryers splitting a double washer into 4 dryers to keep them from taking so long to dry costing me even more money and it still took 18 plus mins on 2 and 30 mins or longer on other 2. This is a rip off costing me so much more to dry than necessary not to mention the rudeness of the employee with her attitude of its my fault the machine doesn't spin right. I will never go back here again
