ON JANUARY 27t, 2023 We paid $1548.26 to get FREIGHT shipped for a large job that was due February 6, 2023 - promised delivery date!!! The ETA kept changing to February 9th, February 13, 2023. it literally changed 6x We called on ON TUESDAY February 7th and we were told it was lost - how do you lose 6 tons of cargo!?!?! We had to investigate and research and make phone calls to find it - not to mention - The response from the customer service WAS “owell just open a freight claim tomorrow it’s lost” What the kind of service is that!! After 11 phone calls WE found the cargo! Yes WE DID WHY SHOULD WE HAVE HAD TO DO THIS LEG WORK. isn’t that your responsibility!? After 2 hours and 11 calls we found **** ******** (+1 ************ actual terminal at YRC TERMINAL) who WAS AMAZING unlike your service representatives - kudos to him. He told us ”it aint lost who tf is telling u that he says its on trailer ***** full load waiting to go to Atlanta i dont know why it hasnt left yet”. So its been sitting for days! Meanwhile we are losing work and possibly the entire job because of this! Within the HOUR ******* got that truck Locked loaded and out the door ANOTHER KUDOD TO ******* ONLY! He has been the only helpful honest person at your corporation. This has been a fiasco and I’m honestly tired of the excuses now! The shipment arrived February 13, 2023
