I have only had Weed Man for this past year (2023). On December 20, 2023, my lawn was serviced and the charge was $53.50 (invoice V1264256). I went to make the payment on their website and the charge was $107.00. I was unable to make the payment of $53.50, so I went an email through their CONTACT US on their website. Nobody contacted me. I checked the website. Nobody contacted me so I sent another email through CONTACT US for somebody to review this matter. I waited a couple weeks and nobody contacted me. Then I texted John Boggess who was the person who I dealt when when I set up my service. He said that there were two invoices from the same day (invoice V1264256 and invoice V1264255). That seems deceptive to me. Why wouldn't they put the information all on one invoice? The last few weeks, I keep getting emails from this company on a daily basis telling me that my account is past due. (INCIDENTALLY, IT WOULD NOT BE PAST DUE IF SOMEBODY WOULD HAVE RESPONDED TO ME WHEN I SENT THE FIRST MESSAGE TO THEM THROUGH CONTACT US ON THEIR WEBSITE. IT ALSO WOULD NOT BE PAST DUE IF SOMEBODY WOULD HAVE REPONDED TO ME WHEN I SENT THE SECOND MESSAGE TO THEM THROUGH CONTACT US ON THEIR WEBSITE.) To date, nobody has contacted me, but somebody called and left a voicemail telling me that i should contact them to set up payment arrangements which is even more annoying because I have the money and have already paid the bill.

Every time I call Weedman Candice is always professional and makes me smile talking to her. I also like the professionalism of the Tech that come out to service my lawn. I highly recommend Weedman for fertilizing, aeration, and seeding my lawn.

Weed man has taken care of my lawn for 3 yrs now and I would definitely recommend their service. From their field tech (Hunter) to their office people (Candice), they have been both helpful and professional in all of my business interactions with them.

Candice is very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been with Weed Man for 3 years now and the difference in my yard is like night and day, except for a few bare spots. Candice has a plan in place to eliminate that problem this fall.
