I have attached the receipt, shipping invoice, live chat with the company indicating the product is for a convertible model which differs from the coupe models for this product. Since that chat I have reached out to the company multiple times through emails and calls as well as through ************** and any way I could with absolutely 0 response since the item shipped. They have blatantly ignored all communication from me. I have also included installation photos which was only partially installed since the back seat covers could not be installed since the rear seat of the convertible model is 3 inches shorter or narrower than the coupe model which is why I indicated the difference when ordering. Since the partial install 4 months ago or so the quality is very poorthe red color exchanges from the seats onto clothing and cannot be sat on directly because of thisthe sued is not bonded to the foam backing which promotes stretching of the sued which then causes wrinkling and puckering. The stitching varies throughout the seat and looks bad. I was told these were oem quality and they simply are not. I am seeking a full refund or replacement with the correct fitment addressing the color exchange into clothing (possibly omit sued) wrinkling and puckering of sued.Initial Complaint

An order was placed from Ridies for leather seat covers. I had made several calls to discuss style, type, color, and quality to assure the correct product was received. I requested samples that were offered on the website. When i received the samples, I had a good match for the seat covers that i wanted. I submitted the order on March 25th and was informed that it would take up to 6 weeks for delivery. On march 31st I was sent an email that the order has shipped and would arrive on march 7th. That was an indication they had a product either premade or was returned that was being sent to me. When the seat cover order was received it was immediately apparent that the seat covers were the wrong color and wrong material. I sent an email inquiry about an incorrect order and was sent an e-mail that the material used was substituted because it would *********** weeks to get the actual material that I wanted. I initiated a return since there is a 14 day return policy. I didnt receive any response for two days, so I called the company and after many attempts to convince the person I was speaking to that I had the wrong order, they claimed I got what I ordered and eventually hung up on me. I am absolutely sure that the company sent me an order that was a return that they tried to **** off on me.
