I purchased a car from them on June 5th 2024. They provided me with 1 key and said the second key was at their other facility and that they would FedEx me the other key since I live 2 hours away. I contacted them the following week and they said they couldn't send me the key until after I registered the car. That seemed odd to me, but I had no choice but to wait. I wasn't able to register the car until July 17th 2024 because they delayed getting the title paperwork to me. I sent them proof of registration that same day. I have been texting and calling them almost every day since then, and they keep giving me excuses as to why they haven't sent me my key. Some days they ignore my texts an calls and some days they respond with more excuses. It has been 20 days since the car was registered. That key belongs to me and they are refusing to give it to me. I just want my key, this shouldn't be this hard.Business response

The dealership finally sent the key after I informed them that I had filed a complaint with the BBB and was seeking legal action. It was nearly 2 months after I purchased the car.

Went to Picasso Imports February 4 2024 test drove a **** F150 , did credit application after hours of waiting I had to leave, **** suggested I put down a partial down payment pending approval, 4 days later nothing no approval, so I asked for my money back, and he refused to refund my $515 I went to another dealership and was approved within hours, **** still refuses to refund my money, saying he has me approved yet he has no details on the approval and presented me with zero documentation on the approval, he is charging me for for financing that never happened.Business response

I filed a complaint with my Bank who issued me a credit in that amount of $515.00, I am still waiting to hear from my bank as to whether they were able to receive their money back for the transaction, ******* only reached out to me to discuss this matter once my reviews of their business practice went into effect, then they offered to issue me a refund if I took down the reviews

I was applying for a line of credit which began on Saturday October 29, 2023 and the ********* location. I was told I had been approved and I payed the Salesmans $3500. He told me a few more things need to be finalized and I could pick the car up on Monday Nov. 2 2023. They still have my initial down payment and continue to run credit checks with denials. At this point I just want my money back. They also were giving false information to creditors.Business response

I purchased a 2012 ****** Titan from Picasso imports 3 weeks ago. I was told that it passed a 50 point safety inspection before purchase. When I inspected the vehicle before purchase I noticed an oil leak from the oil filter which they replaced promptly. I also found that the transfer casing for the 4 wheel drive needed replaced which they also fixed before I took possession. After having the truck for only a couple of days I noticed that the exhaust pipe was hanging low which I hadnt noticed before. I called Picasso about the problem and never received a response. After about a week of trying to contact them I took it to my mechanic and he found that the rear and front axle need repaired, the lift kit on the truck was hitting the strut towers which weakened the suspension, there were multiple seals that needed replaced, it needed all new front brake system, and to top it off the sway bar had been removed. The sway bar was supposed to be right in front of the oil filter they replaced and the exhaust pipe which was rusted all the way through was right next to the transfer casing they serviced. There is no way theyre mechanic couldnt have seen these issues. The repairs totaled over 6 thousand dollars in the first week of owning a truck I paid 20 grand for. Since then they have been shuffling me around between multiple people and everyone keeps sending me to someone else. I want to return the truck but no one seems to have the authority to take it back and refund me my money.Business response

On Friday July 14, the salesman told me that i could hold a car with 500 and it was refundable. When he gabe me the ungodly monthly payment amount, i turned down the offer. Now they will not refund my 500. They stole it, and will not give it back@Business response

I bought a car on payments from Picasso imports and in the first week I found out it was sold to me with shot brakes. It needed calibers, rotors, and break pads in the back. It needed pads in the front. **** dollars worth of work. I called the dealer and she told me to drive it up so I did. When I got there it was over heating and he told me to order a sensor and come back up again later when it came in to have it put on. I did this. He insisted the calibers didn't need done and they charged me 280 dollars for the parts. I left and on the way home realized the car needed aligned so I took it straight to my mechanic yet again and it was over heating so they looked and aligned it. They said it's not a sensor. It's the water pump so they replaced it for 400 bucks. I was livid. I leave and notice the vehicles still shaking and vibrating and I'm scared because I don't know if it's a tie rod which Picasso's was supposed to replace with the brakes. Now I take it in to be balanced and tires rotated. NOTHING. Still shakes and vibrates. Scary to drive. Unsafe. I then go to start it a couple weeks later and it's dead. ******* puts a battery in it. 250 bucks on top of 150 for balance and rotation I had done. Now I'm just depressed over this thing and no longer want it. Then a couple weeks later it dies at the store leaving my 2 kids stranded at school and me and my other two kids stranded at the store. Now I'm very angry. I call a tow and it is back at the dang mechanic. She said she'll call me when she knows. I want something safe to drive and u can have this back! And no I'm not paying anymore money! Something's gotta be done! I am getting all my paperwork together from the *** all the work I've had done in as little as 6 months. I'm trying to get my refund of $250.00 that was put down for a automobile. I used my credit card for the down payment. I was told that it was to late to given me a credit refund on my card because this has been to long. I have called the dealership and I'm being told that they will have to send me a check. This has been going on for over a month now. I placed this down payment on July 9, 2022 as you can see with my receipt. I was not approved for the car loan and now I'm having problems getting my refund back.Business response

It is my belief that their refusal to be transparent and assist through the process of Financing through a lender prevented me from determining the overall impact of an adverse credit report.Tuesday, 8/23 I visited PICASSO IMPORTS and offered to buy a car. ***** declined my offer. I Leave the location; on my way home, I receive a call from ****** She offers ****** for the car. I asked to see what Financing would look like for the car. I ask her to send me a link for the application. I returned home and filled out the application sent by a different number than what ***** called. I filled out the application for Financing for $****** with zero down. On filling out the application, I received notification that someone pulled my credit from three (3) different lenders.Wednesday, 8/24 I received calls from *****. She informed me that the lenders had denied my application. I asked her why, as I was recently approved for fifteen thousand dollars from my bank. She explains that my short credit history is because of the denial. I asked her how much money she requested to be lent; she informed me that it was more than the requested $******. I ask to speak more about the situation Thursday. At this point, it is my belief that I have become aware that PICASSO IMPORTS has pulled my credit for more than the authorized amount on my application.Thursday, 8/25 I called ***** to try to get a copy of my financial report; she again informed me that she could not give me my report. I asked for my application; she denied my request and stated that she had not once a customer asked for such things. She was being extremely unprofessional. I asked her to run the report with another lender that she requested. I contacted PICASSO IMPORTS and explained that they could no longer pull my credit from any more lenders and that I would seek legal and professional actions to resolve these situations. I also informed her that I would be open to a professional conversation for a resolution.Business response

Picasso Imports LLC has not seeked to resolve the issue, they have put inquiries on my credit that exceeds the reasonable amount and when speaking with the owner he was disrespectful and rude. Instead of contacting me to resolve the issue they make excuses. Their disrespectful demeanor paired with their dishonesty is unacceptable I am requesting to be contacted with a resolution they have failed to meet that standard and continue to make excuses.

This company has failed to contact me in anyway has waited two years to follow up on a Better Business Bureau complaint to close it as I am unreasonable I am completely reasonable if theyre willing to reach out to me they have failed to do so. I purchased a vehicle from them late in August. There were a few things they promised to "fix". I was finally able to pick the car up September 19th. The car broke down on me 3 days later on September 22nd. It took them 3 days to come get the car. Once they got the car I was accused of destroying it and driving it into the ground. I had the car for 3 days. I drove it to and from work and to the grocery store. They are telling me that it isn't there problem. The CV axle fell off while I was leaving my parking spot in my apartments. When the CV axle fell off it busted a hole in the transmission. The "mechanic" is rude. Also, this place destroyed my front bumper "fixing the car". I have pictures and videos before and after I got the car back from them. I read a ton of reviews on their website and thought this was the place that would take care of me. I was WRONG.Business response
