I purchased my Invisible Fence for my dog in July 2021. Since then, I have had multiple issues with it. The line has broken in multiple places multiple times. I have had them bury the line again three additional times since the initial install. The initial installation was very poorly done. Since my initial purchase, there is now not a local number for me to call when I need a service repair. They are booking over a month out. I have asked to have a supervisor call me twice and I never receive a phone call. The latest occurrence was Dec. 5 I had someone out to repair the fence, and it started alarming that it wasn't working the next day on Dec. 6. I called this morning and they can't come until January 6 to fix it. In the last year I have had more months when the fence wasn't working than when it was working. For as expensive as the product is, I have not gotten my money's worth. I also had to pay $300 for an annual service plan so I would avoid having to pay for repairs every single time they come out.Business response

Invisible fence installed a fence in my yard Dec 23, 2021. They failed to do the necessary training with my dogs. Fence didn't work on several occasions and then began shocking my dogs for no reason. When I contacted Invisible fence they offered a full refund. The came and picked up equipment on Feb 11, 2022. I have still not received a refund. They keep telling me a check is in the mail.....It has been well over 90 days.Business response

I have been informed by corporate that bank disputes are what delayed this process, and that we have refunded everything the client was owed, and that as of 6/2/2022, she should have received her check.
