I used Picasso for a lawn treatment package for two years. This includes spring to fall treatments. My first issue, is the lack of results after almost two years. What created my real problem, is when they came for the fourth treatment this year and left a bunch of ruts in my yard and burn marks on my sidewalk and driveway from going too fast. They ran over and broke one of my sprinklers. I spent the better part of two weeks asking to speak to a supervisor or owner after they offered to sprinkle grass seed in the ruts as a resolution I was not satisfied with. They said they wouldn't come to my house without calling first in the future, but then sent someone to sprinkle grass seed and for an apology tour. They showed up while I was in the middle of a work meeting. After this we agreed on a prorated refund only for the services I had not received yet, and to go our separate ways amicably on 8/19 after no response to escalation. I followed up several times with promise dates for refund continuing to push out. 9/29 owner ***** finally calls and we had a good conversation. He offered to aerate/overseed and finish up this year for free and also refund me. I did not ask for this, but accepted and was open to future business. They did not overseed. They broke one of my landscape lights. I was still willing to work with them. I was told the ** guy was on vacation till 10/10 and they would have a check out 10/11. 10/20 I followed up again as no refund and got no call back. 10/24 similarly no call back, so I went in in person. We called ***** from the office, and then I experienced the most unprofessional conversation in my life. He could not accept being fired, and tried to throw more services at me. Made excuses on refund delays. He then proceeded to threaten to not give me a refund and told me that I was just interested in free services. I had not once solicited any free services and it was him who continued to push them on me. See pictures attachd
