Castleton lawn care littered our neighborhood with plastic bags that had a piece of paper inside with a few rocks to hold it down. Our whole neighborhood was filled with this litter. This is not the first time.

They seem to consistently breach federal laws that forbids companies from advertising the way they do. I came home from work today to see some lime green/ yellow sticker looking item on mine and my neighbors mailboxes. Get out to see its a magnet with one of the ugliest digitally rendered bees Ive ever seen, along with some weak a** company name Castleton Lawn Care. No receiver was intended & no postage was paid. And to top it all off, them placing their s***** magnet scratched the h*** out of the front of the mailbox that we just replaced over the summer. All this advertising did was ignite a hatred in my heart for this cluster f*** of a company. Do not waste your time, energy, or money with these lowlifes.

This company is HORRIBLE and I cannot stress this enough. STAY AWAY unless you want HORRIBLE customer service, NO PERSONAL CONTACT...EVER, I contacted the company looking for a quote which took almost a week to get. When I got the quote, I also had to sign a very long contract that guaranteed they would service my lawn for the remainder of the ******************************************************************************************************************************* back. The have some sort of a hired answering service that will take your messages HOWEVER NOBODY ever responds to any of them! I NEVER got a phone call or a response of any kind after more than a dozen calls. I finally emailed them and they did respond after a few days but it was rude and completely lacking of any customer service. I complained that they missed cutting my lawn for two weeks I had a ton of Dandelions that were was taller than the grass. Castelton ********* responded that they did indeed cut my lawn and even provided me with the dates however both my neighbors grass was MUCH shorter and it would have been impossible to mow my lawn and not cut the Dandelions as well. ***, the owner, claimed my lawn was cut and if I wasn't happy with the job they did, that is too bad, they have a contract that I signed and they will *** me unless I am fulfill my contractual obligations with them. They did not do the job, they totally did NOT cut my lawn, *** IS A LIAR AND A SCAM ARTIST / CON MAN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND FROM ***! Castleton Lawn Care littered my neighborhood with rocks, paper, and plastic bags, all to advertise their subpar business. Literally placed this trash in our driveways, defacing and creating an eyesore. I'm truly embarrassed for them.
