01/5 /2022 WE SIGNED A CONTRACT TO REPLACE BATH TUB WITH A WALK IN SHOWER WORK WAS TO BE COMPLETED IN 6 TO 8 WEEKS AND REQUIRED 50% DOWN PAYMENT I WANT EITHER THE SHOWER ISTALLED OR MY REFUNDED THE 8 WEEKS IS AND I HAVE HERD NOTHING FROM THE COMPANY WHEN THE *** WILL BE DONE ******* HROGERSBusiness response

We signed an agreement on 1/5/2022 with **************** to install a walk-in shower. On the contract it states the estimated install date as 6-8 weeks ( our typical time is ***** weeks). We finished the install on 3/10/2022 and the invoice was paid in full. When we received the BBB complaint I called immediately do discus re-fund or install with the customer. ***************** stated that she did want the install and we set the date. We tied to install on the 2nd of March but the homeowner was not available so we ultimately set the date for 3/9/2022. Ultimately we were just outside of the 6-8 week approximated date. Please let me know what else I can do in response to this complaint.
