      This business claims to have tried to withdraw money from my account for 3 months saying they came back NSF. I have bank statements proving they did not make any attempts to withdraw on said months. Come month 4 they take 4 payments at once. I'm retired on a pension I cannot afford that. They took my grocery money. I called bank took it back and put stop payment. They will not disconnect my services as I have requested on numerous occasions. What can I do ? They won't let me off contract which I feel they broke, when they did not attempt to take their money on the preset days then claim NSF. No attempts made I don't understand.

      We were told from your representative that Stanley Security was buying out Fluent Security & would no longer be monitored by them, so we switched to your company, now to find out that this representative that came to our door fraudulently represented the company by telling us a llie about this buy out which never was or did happen. The name of the guy who came to our door was *************************, subscribers file #********, ID #*****, with dealer name: Capitol Security, **********************************************************************. This system was installed Oct. 27, 2021 I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau about this fraud of your company & representative, now I'm having to pay for both the Fluent system which isn't even being monitored now because Capitol took all that system out & am also being monitored by Capitol now. I'm not the only person who was defrauded, everyone in our City who had Fluent was told about this supposed ************* switch as well to come to learn it wasn't so. so they will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well about your ************** representative. I sure would like something done about this!!!! ****** **********, ***********************************************

      My father subscribed to this security service for a number of years until his death in 2020. I acquired his residence by buying it from his estate and made ut a rental property. Because my tenants had no need of the service, I made a number of attempts to cancel it, but the invoices kept coming. At one point, I was sent an email- addressed to my deceased father- demanding well over $900 for breach of contract! At this point, I got my lawyer involved. She requested, and got a copy of the contract my father allegedly signed. It had only a mechanically produced signature on it. One of its provisions was that upon my father’s death, his heirs inherit the responsibility to continue paying for the service, or suffer the financial penalty of its cancellation! I found this highly questionable, to say the least. After my lawyer sent these people a letter telling them their contract was unfair and questionable, they decided to back off. I think giving them even one star out of five is probably being generous.

      This company preys on the elderly. Installed over an existing security system that was current by ************ telling my parents that they were taking over for their existing contract with original provider. My father has since passed away in Feb of 2021 and they are still billing after we provided death certificate, power of attorney and requested it be cancelled over and over. Now they sent a bill to my deceased father for over $2000 saying it's a penalty! For what? Passing away? Steer clear ** ***** **** *******!
