I purchased a truck from fritz in fishers in October and was out of state i had them send a video of the truck running I noticed and odd sound and pointed it out but the salesman told me it was just the sound of the truck and the technician looked over everything previously and said nothing was wrong. Upon receiving the truck it had a loud ticking noise so I brought it in to a shop where they told me the fuel pump was bad and it had risk of sending metal bits into my cylinders and needs to be taken care of, the total ended up being 2500$ and the shop refused to help and said it was my problem, also when I received the truck the brake pads had gone through the rotor, theyve been very fishy from the startBusiness response

Fritz in Fishers takes pride in the vehicles we sell and strive to exceed customer expectations. Unfortunately, vehicles are mechanical devices and do have mechanical breakdowns. Fritz in Fishers provides a limited powertrain warranty to our customers, unfortunately, the issues the customer contacted us about are not covered under our Limited warranty. We offered to help offset the cost in a goodwill effort by providing the customer with a check to be used towards the repairs. The customer has not accepted our help at this time.Customer response

I was told everything was working fine and had been gone over by a certified technician and payed full price without even a dime knocked off. Only to find I have to pay $2500 to fix a vehicle I payed full price for, warranty covers when it breaks in my hands but it was broken in yours you sold me a non working vehicle and claimed everything was fine, and you offered $500 not the price of the repair, is that supposed to make me feel good knowing I gotta pay another $2000 dollars fixing your mistake? As well as I havent even seen the check for the brakes.
Regards,

We have a technician look at all our vehicles and from our inspection, neither of the two issues you contacted us about were revealed. Vehicles are mechanical devices, therefore, we do not make any claims that used vehicles are without flaws. Again, we provide a limited Powertrain warranty for **** miles or 30 days, whichever comes first, from when the vehicle is sold. When you first contacted us about the brake issue we offered assistance in helping defer the cost even though our inspection noted no issues found. You were not interested in the assistance we offered, therefore, no compensation was sent. Weeks later you reached out regarding an additional issue. Even though this is not covered under the warranty, and at that point, the warranty period expired, we again offered to mail you a check for $500 towards all repairs, which is still available.
