    A number of raccoons have been in my and my neighbors attic space for more than three months, as the first maintenance request I filed was in March. Both of my neighbors have filed requests and spoke with management repeatedly, and theyll catch a raccoon every once in awhile without solving the source of the problem; the raccoon is getting in our attic space because the exterior is wood and rotting, numerous holes in the siding can be seen. I have repeatedly demanded that a professional pest control company be hired, management has refused. I offered to pay for a pest control company, but I was ignored because interior access to my attic space is not present within my apartment. I asked to discuss options to be let out the lease, I was ignored. Management continues to state that maintenance is doing a good job, but there are 2 maintenance people now for 460 apartments, and they arent miracle workers! I have had to call off of work, as I am a local truck driver and cannot risk harming myself or others by operating a CMV without sleep; I was told no credit would be given. I had to leave my apartment and go to a friends last night because the raccoon was so loud AGAIN. My neighbor has also rented numerous hotel rooms for this very reason. I noticed that current management is stepping down, and we need this ongoing situation resolved. I have filed ************************** total, I have reached out to animal control, the building department, *******************, a pest control company, and finally an attorney. I had to report this complex to the ******************************** a few years back, as manager ************************* refused to remedy a situation where I thought I smelled natural gas within my apartment, as appliances were in a locked room. Maintenance told me to call ******, and they had keys to all of the interior closets here at the Willows, which was obviously a lie.     I'll be more than happy to leave a comment. In fact, I'll be coming back periodically so I can give multiple comments as to why any potential renter should stay clear of Willows of Coventry. If, by chance, you miss this review, I'll also be posting them on other rental sites. Keep in mind, I lived there for 4 years. Post #1: Every year the office has a cook out for all the tenants. That's great. But, they make sure they have it during the week, usually on a Wednesday at about 5pm so not everyone can come. Why is this you ask? Well, it's because they are too cheap to spend the money while trying to look like they care by having a cook out for everyone. Stay tuned for more informative posts.
