    I spent over $4500 for engine replacement. Mr. ***** would say they would have the car for a day or two. I ended up having to take my daughter's car in numerous times because of bad parts. They had her car weeks on top of weeks. There is a service agreement that the company would cover $1000....the rest out of pocket. We paid for the 1st engine and drove the car for about 5 or 6 mo. Took it back and they put in another to which ***** said didn't work. Kept the car for weeks. Third attempt he said they finally got the engine in. Went to pick it up... something was squeaking under the hood. I went to get the mechanic he said it was a belt and that happens. Drove the vehicle a few days... squeaking still there and now the "service engine light" came across the panel. Called ***** told us to bring the vehicle back and they would need it a couple days. Waited a couple days ***** said it needed a new belt and sensor....I was ****** because this should've been fixed b4 we picked up the car. He said they were waiting on parts...again had the car for 2 weeks. ***** called said car was ready. We go to pick up the car ***** tells me that the engine cover cracked and it was being ordered....that we need to bring the vehicle back yet again to get the 500 miles check up for the engine and to have the engine cover replaced. I told ***** this car should've been fixed and we are continuously bringing it back for things that should have been fixed. I told him I wasn't coming back. 3 days after we drive the car home....the engine light is back on. The engine light is still on and we didn't go back for the engine cover. Very poor business. I complained to Mr. ** at budget car lot. He referred us there. I told him not to refer any more customers to Commercial auto. I believe when I complained....they were intentionally putting bad products on the car to make us come back. I want $2000 of our money back in order to get the car fixed properly. ***********************
