Apparently I was charged for an appointment that I tried to cancel but it approved the appointment. I wasn't notified. They claimed they left a voicemail but I went through all my voicemails and nothing was there. When I tried to cancel the appointment they were closed due to it being late at night. I shared a post to support the business claiming the first two shares you get eyelashes. I don't want the eyelashes even though I was the second share. Then they messaged me this. *********************** was never "charged" for anything. She was simply made aware of an invoice to an appointment to which she didn't show up to. So we had her blocked off from booking online as a no show and our policy states you will have an invoice to pay. The invoice was outstanding. We called twice and left a voicemail, nevertheless, We didn't "charge" her anything. We don't have a card to charge in system for her anyways as her first appointment was a free dermaplaning service. This was back in November of 2022.
We were doing a ******** post in April for whoever shares the post will recieve a discount on a lash tab application and to comment "done" when they were complete. She commented done and she was messaged via Skin Studio on fb stating that we would not be entering her into that deal due to the invoice and no show history. Overall, there will be no further contact with **************************************. She was never charged as we didn't have anything on system to charge, it was simply an outstanding invoice.
