I paid this business $215+ weekly for 2 months. They were to clean everything in my home as I selected on their website. The cleaners who showed up refused to clean some of the areas I selected, could not speak English well, and were often rude. I had to go room by room weekly when they were here to point out what they cleaned and did not. One week we were away, they came in and out in under 30 minutes for a **** square foot home. Finally the crew that was cleaning for me canceled on me with less than 48 hours notice, and as Clean My Tribes policy is to charge a customer $50 for a cancellation in that time frame, I asked for a $50 credit as they did the same to me. Maui, my main contact called me to inform me they would no longer be able to serve my home, and promised to refund me $50. I have never received the money, and further was just appalled at the rudeness, unwillingness to truly clean (refused to dust hanging pictures and decor or to move it to dust!) and unprofessionalism of this company. Further, when I try to log on to see the billing transactions on their site, I getaccount suspended. I was nothing but generous to this company leaving gift cards for the entire crew that hen quit on me over the new year. I gave them multiple chances and tried to work with them. Given their return treatment, I am filing this report.
