I am currently active duty military and enrolled in classes at Indiana Tech. I have previously sent my Tuition Assistance vouchers to the school for classes that began on 5 September 2022 and ended on 16 October 2022 as well as a second class that began on 17 October 2022 and ended on 27 November 2022. Neither voucher shows as payment on my school statement. I have been inquiring about this since last semester but continue to be told that it will invoice when it invoices and to give it time. I am requesting that my school account be updated to reflect the two payments, that my account be reevaluated, and that a refund be issued to me for the credit on the account once updated. I have attached all 5 of the Tuition Assistance vouchers for the reference of payment on all courses that I have attended as well as a copy of the account statement for the the school that only reflects 2 payments of Tuition Assistance.Business response

I apologize for the frustration you are feeling as you deal with this issue. I reached out to *******************, our A/R Manager, to get his take on the issue. He provided the following response to me:
************** is receiving a military benefit that pays for his tuition costs after we apply an Indiana Tech Military Scholarship (applied per course). ************** military benefit is set-up on an education voucher/benefit payment program. We receive the education voucher from ************** and once the course has been billed by Indiana Tech to **************, we submit the voucher to the Military for payment. We cannot apply a credit to ************** student account based on the education voucher. We must receive the benefit payment.
After reviewing ************** student account there are two courses from the Fall 2022 semester, we have not received payment for. The courses are PSY **** EOL 21 (enrollment dates 9/5/22 10/16/22) and BA **** EOL 31 (enrollment dates 10/17/22 11/27/22). We have previously submitted the education voucher and invoice for both courses, but the benefit payment has not been made. We will re-invoice the Military for the benefit payment.If there are any further questions, ******************* can be reached at ******************. On 21 September, 2022 I requested release of my transcripts from this university on Parchment. On 22 Sep, I was informed that the transcripts were on hold due to unexplained charges on my account. When I reached out to the university, they were unable to tell me or explain where the charges came from. After paying those charges on 23 September I was informed that my transcripts were released. As of today, 29 September, the school has no recollection of my account ever being on hold and is claiming they never released my transcripts. When I asked why I was hung up on 3 times by multiple offices.Business response

I apologize profusely for the way this was handled. I have followed up. The balance on your account of $33.60 is an old balance. We had written it off as an Administrative Adjustment, so your balance showed 0. My team followed protocol, saw that there was an old balance (that had been written off), and asked you to make the payment. While the money was due, I'm going to have them issue a refund to you strictly on principal. My preference would have been that they would have cleared you to receive your transcript earlier. My team cleared you on 9/23 to receive your transcript. Unfortunately, the next piece (sending the transcript) did not occur until 9/29. I have followed up on that as well. At this time, my understanding is that you have your transcript. Please watch for your refund of $33.60.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Thank you. I appreciate you taking care of the situation. I felt like I was going in circles and getting no where. I did finally receive my transcripts yesterday. I have not yet received the refund into my account. Will this be going back on the card I paid on?Respectfully,
