In June, 2020 Garage Force installed a polyurea full chip residential floor system in our garage and barn and we were given a lifetime warranty. In March 2024 a 3" x 3" hole appeared with the concrete below showing in the garage and it appeared there was more loose material around it. We have tried to contact Garage Force of Fort Wayne several times in the past 2 to 3 weeks and they never get back to us. At this point we are still trying to get someone to contact us but are wondering why they will not contact us.Initial Complaint

Estimate was given on 5-31-2022 for two garages combined. I asked if they would do Garage 1 before Garage 2 had the added addition built in September 2022. They agreed. I sent them $800.00 on 7-15-2022 for a timeline of installing the flooring in Garage 1 on 8-11-2022. On 8-11-2022 I paid them the remaining balance for Garage 1 of $2311.25 and an additional $1800.00 for Garage 2 as asked for down payment.Garage 1 was completed on 8-11-2022 and we were told to stay off of it for at least 24 hours, we did and longer. The floor was very rough from the sample we were shown. I emailed, called and text, I do have the text messages still. I tried contacting ***, ********, ************** and then found out the installer *** is also a co-owner. I tried talking to all three!!! I wanted them to come and see the floor. Garage Force says Satisfaction Guaranteed and we are not satisfied. I've even tried calling Garage Force on website and nobody will return my calls.I want my $1800.00 refunded for Garage 2 as they will not be doing that Garage now!! I am having two other companies in Fort Wayne come and look at this after I've talked to them about it and also to give us a quote on Garage 2.Our floor was so rough, it shredded my $40.00 microfiber mop from Norwex and snagged our socks walking across the floor and also my yoga pants from sitting on the steps. You could not run your hand over it smoothly without fear of getting cut from paint chips sticking up through the top coat.Finally *** did call and he said they would come and sand the floor and reapply topcoat! They were here the Friday before Labor Day. Two guys came, one was not here the first time and the other one may have been I can't swear by it but if he was one of the three, he didn't do anything much because it was *** and another kid that they were obviously training to do the floors. I'm so disappointed in this whole ordeal. They certainly are not acting like a reputable business.Customer response

They came Sunday morning and out too coat on. The two guys he sent were really nice and we have come to an understanding. Do you want all the texts to add and can I withdraw the complaint to BBB.
They are going to go ahead and do the other garage that I made a down payment on it already and they were not going to give it back without a legal battle. I dont want to do that so I think we have come to an understanding but if it doesnt work out I will go ahead with complaint but not now.

Garage 1 has been resolved by them applying top coat this past Sunday. Garage 2 that I made a down payment on and they will do it when the building project is completed. They were not going to give all of the $1800. Back for down payment in order for us to get someone else to do it. They said they would be willing to do the job and we could start over. So we are giving them a chance.
